摘 要

如今在构建和谐社会的大环境下，人民群众对于医院的医疗服务质量的要求和期望越来越高。随着我国医疗体制进一步深入改革，想要让人民群众对医疗卫生行业满意，医疗机构本身首先是要提高基本医疗保障水平，其次是要有过硬的医疗技术保障，最后是要有良好的医疗服务体系。然而现实是：各大医院天天人满为患，医生、护士每天四处奔波。这已明显地体现出了供需上的差异，若医患换位思考，不难发现医疗卫生行业发展的新思路：如果能让医疗过程和医院服务功能不受时问与空问的制约，不需要医生和病人四处奔波，减少病人的候诊时间，节省开支，网上医院无疑是改变现状、实现医生与患者共赢的一种最佳的途径。

本论文主要介绍了基于JAVA的医院网上就诊系统的设计与开发，本网上就诊系统，布局新颖，方便用户操作，内容上信息全面，适合不同用户的需求。网上就诊网站采用Java语言、MyEclipse开发平台， SQL server2008数据库，Dreamweaver、Firework、FLASH、Photoshop等技术开发，在功能设计中提供了既简洁又全面的诸多功能,主要包括:

1. 实现信息的发布，包括医院简介、专家信息、专家就诊时间;

2. 实现用户向专家咨询;

3. 用户留言区功能;

4. 实现管理员对各项信息的管理，主要包括专家信息管理、医院信息管理、用户管理、留言板管理。

Design and development of online treatment system

Abstract

Today, building a harmonious society in the environment, People's quality of medical services for hospitals increasingly high demands and expectations.With the further deepening of reform of the health care system,to make people's satisfaction for the healthcare industry.Medical institutions themselves first is to raise the basic level of medical care,Second is to have excellent medical technology security.Finally, have a good health care system.But the reality is:Every major hospitals are overcrowded,Doctors, nurses running around every day.This has clearly reflects the difference between supply and demand,If the doctor-patient empathy,Will find new ideas for development of the health care industry:If we make the process of restricting medical and hospital services and space is not the time to ask, does not require doctors and patients everywhere, reduce patient waiting time, save money, online hospital undoubtedly change the status, to achieve a win-win situation between doctors and patients the best kind of way.

This paper describes the design and development of hospital-based treatment systems JAVA online, our online clinic site, the layout is novel, unique, user-friendly operation, comprehensive information on the content for different users.Online treatment system use Java、MyEclipse、SQL server2008、Dreamweaver、Firework、FLASH、Photoshop and so on.Provides both simple and comprehensive functional design and many features,Including:
