杂多酸离子液体的氧化脱硫性能研究

摘 要
硫化物的脱硫是近年来的环保热点,其中氧化脱硫被认为是最有应用前景的深度脱硫方法之一。本文设计用稳定且容易制备的Keggin结构杂多酸与聚离子液体结合成一种兼备无机和有机两者的优异特性的新型有机杂多酸类催化剂,并将其应用于硫醚的氧化脱硫实验中。
本论文主要包括以下两方面内容:
(1)通过对乙烯基咪唑离子液体的功能化,合成两种功能化聚离子液体:CIM-DIM和DIMIM-CIM,再将它们分别与磷钨酸和磷钼钒进行阴离子交换,最终得到四种新型有机杂多酸类催化剂:CIM-DIM-PMoV2,DIMIM-CIM-PW,CIM-DIM-PW和DIMIM-CIM-PMoV2。通过红外(FI-IR)、热重(TG)等表征手段对其进行结构分析。
(2)开启一系列苯甲硫醚与过氧化氢的氧化反应实验,将制得的四种催化剂分别加入反应中,考察催化剂的性能和苯甲硫醚发生氧化反应所需的最适宜条件。
结果表明,苯甲硫醚氧化反应的最佳反应条件是:反应物为5 mmol苯甲硫醚,氧化剂为8 mmol过氧化氢,催化剂为0.1 g DIMIM-CIM-PMoV2,溶剂为10 ml甲醇,温度控制为25 ℃,反应时长1 h时该反应的转化效率可以达到96.70%,选择性达到94.27%,反应产率达到91.16%。

Catalytic Performance of Heteropoly Acid Ionic Liquids by Oxidative Desulfurization
Abstract
Desulfurization of sulfides is an environmental hot spot in recent years. Among them, oxidative desulfurization is considered to be one of the most promising deep desulfurization methods. In this paper, a stable and easily prepared Keggin structure heteropolyacid is combined with a polyionic liquid to form a novel organic heteropolyacid catalyst which combines the excellent properties of both inorganic and organic. And it is applied to the oxidative desulfurization experiment of thioether.
The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:
(1) Two functionalized polyionic liquids are synthesized by functionalization of vinylimidazole ionic liquids: CIM-DIM and DIMIM-CIM. They are then anion exchanged with phosphotungstic acid and phosphomolybdenum vanadium to obtain four new organic heteropolyacid catalysts: CIM-DIM-PMoV2, DIMIM-CIM-PW, CIM-DIM-PW and DIMIM-CIM- PMoV2. The structure was analyzed by infrared (FI-IR), thermogravimetry (TG) and other characterization methods.
(2) The four catalysts prepared are respectively applied to the oxidation reaction of phenylmethyl sulfide, and the reaction products are sulfone and sulfoxide. The properties of the catalyst and the optimum conditions required for the oxidation reaction were examined by these reactions.
The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions for the oxidation of phenylmethyl sulfide were as follows: the catalyst was 0.1 g of DIMIM-CIM-PMoV2, the reactant was 5 mmol of phenylmethyl sulfide, the solvent was 10 ml of methanol, and the oxidant was 8 mmol of hydrogen peroxide. When the temperature is 25 ℃ and the reaction time is 1 h, the conversion efficiency of this reaction can reach 96.70%, the selectivity reaches 94.27%, and the reaction yield reaches 91.16%.
