摘 要

当前社会，是一个大数据成为主流的社会，信息爆炸也变得不可避免。在这种时代背景下，人们难以对自己接受的信息进行正确的判断加以正确的处理。为此，我们需要寻求其他媒介的帮助来帮我们处理信息。于是，计算机领域内的推荐系统就开始产生了。信息推荐系统的使用，使人们得以更加快捷，高效的处理信息，而一个推荐系统，其核心便在于推荐算法的适用性。此次课题，我们以大类招生环境下信息推荐算法在学生专业选择中的应用研究为题，旨在寻求适合于学生专业推荐的高效，准确的推荐算法。对于学生来说，学生关注着专业的录取分数高低、录取院校等级以及院校所在地等学校专业的属性，而对于要录取学生的学校来说，学生则需要在系统中填写自己的姓名，生源地，毕业学校，分数，志愿专业，爱好等标签。本次课题，将在已知以上需求的情况下，对比常见的信息推荐系统算法，我们将找出适合用来做学生专业推荐的推荐算法，使学生在选择专业时，得到高速率，高效率，高准确率的推荐。大致说来，本次课题目标为：

1、通过了解，分析当今常用的信息推荐算法，对比各类算法利弊，对各种算法进行归纳整理；

2、向导师请教，选择合适的方法对选择的大类专业和学生进行推荐，初步建模，完成算法；

3、在导师指导下编辑完成论文工作。

Research on the Application of Information Recommendation Algorithm in Students' Major Selection under the Enrollment Environment

Abstract

In the era of big data, information explosion has become a common social phenomenon. In this environment, it is difficult for people to effectively process and correctly judge the information they receive. To do this, we need to enlist the help of other media to help us process information. Therefore, the computer in each kind of recommendation system arises at the historic moment. The use of information recommendation system makes people process information more quickly and efficiently, and provides convenience for people. In this project, we take the application research of information recommendation algorithm in the major selection of students under the enrollment environment as the topic, aiming to seek for efficient and accurate recommendation algorithm suitable for the major recommendation of students. For students, they pay attention to the admission score of the major, the grade of the admission school and the attributes of the major of the school where the school is located, while for the school to admit students, students need to fill in their name, place of origin, school of graduation, score, volunteer major, hobbies and other labels in the system. In this project, we will compare the common information recommendation system algorithm with the above requirements, and find out the recommendation algorithm suitable for students' professional recommendation, so that students can get the recommendation with high rate, high efficiency and high accuracy when choosing the major. Generally speaking, the objectives of this project are:

1. Through understanding, analyzing the commonly used information recommendation algorithms, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms, and summarizing and sorting out various algorithms;

2. Consult the tutor, select appropriate methods to recommend the major and students, conduct preliminary modeling and complete the algorithm;

3. Edit and complete the thesis under the guidance of the tutor

第一章 导论

1.1引言

随着人类社会的逐步发展，人类的生活中，智能化尤为重要。自主，快速而准确的智能化系统得到越来越多的人的青睐。人们希望通过更少更方便的操作获得有效而又精准的信息。以信息推荐系统为例，人类正逐步倾向于使用各类推荐系统来完成日常生活中繁琐重复的操作。而需要使一个推荐系统智能完善地完成工作，则离不开优秀的算法。
