摘 要

电子商务的快速发展，人们购物形式发生了巨大的改变，网购数量不断攀升，大大促进快递业的发展。与此同时，客户对快递物流服务要求不断提升，这就需要相关物流企业不断优化，提升企业整体服务水平。仓储管理作为企业物流服务重要的一环，在现代物流中的地位越来越高。顺丰作为一家物流企业，如何通过提高仓储管理进而提高服务质量是企业面临的重要问题。结合现代物流仓储管理以顺丰速运南京宝湾仓为研究对象，对其仓储管理现状进行分析，找出问题，提出优化策略，使其在激烈的市场竞争中更有优势。

本文首先对仓储企业在仓储管理的各个方面相关研究进行了归纳总结,通过顺丰速运南京宝湾仓的仓储管理安全管理、设施设备以及仓储流程的入库、在库、出库等分析，发现仓库存在仓储安全管理不到位、仓储作业流程不合理、部分仓库库位分配不合理等问题。借鉴其他企业仓储管理的先进知识和方法，对顺丰速运南京宝湾仓的仓储管理进行优化，优化的项目包括强化仓储安全管理、完善仓储作业流程、合理规划仓储场所等。通过提高顺丰速运南京宝湾仓的仓储作业的效率，规范仓储管理，提高顺丰速运的仓储管理方面的竞争力，为顺丰速运塑造一个较好的管理氛围，对顺丰速运建立可持续仓储管理优化具有重要的意义。

Research on The Status Quo and Optimization Strategy of SF Express Warehouse Management

Abstract

In the rapid development of e-commerce, people's shopping form has undergone great changes, and the number of online shopping keeps rising, which greatly promotes the development of the express industry. At the same time, customers' requirements for express logistics services are constantly improving, which requires related logistics enterprises to constantly optimize and improve the overall service level of enterprises. As an important part of enterprise logistics service, warehouse management plays an important role in modern logistics

Combining with modern logistics and warehousing management, this paper takes SF Express NanJing treasure bay warehouse as the research object, analyzes the current situation of its warehousing management, finds out the problems, and puts forward optimization strategies to make it more advantageous in the fierce market competition.

By improving the efficiency of storage operation of SF Express NanJing treasure bay warehouse, standardizing storage management, and improving the competitiveness of SF Express in storage management, a better management atmosphere is created for SF Express, which is of great significance for SF Express to establish sustainable storage management optimization.
