摘 要

毕业设计是根据酸奶经济技术有限公司四月一中综合楼的招标文件的招标公告、招标准则、图纸和其他有关文件编制而成的投标书。

毕业设计包括：投标函、商务标书、技术标书和科技小论文。投标函包括投标函和投标函目录。商务标包括土建，装饰，安装的分部分项工程量清单与计价表，综合单价分析表，措施项目清单与计价表，其他项目清单与计价表，规费、税金项目清单与计价表，工程量计算表；工程量计算按照《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》中的计算规则计算，工程造价则是应用清单报价，套价利用广联达计价软件；本工程总造价6323703.47元。技术标则主要是施工组织设计，其内容包括工程概况、施工组织及部署、施工前的准备、施工平面布置、各项管理措施、设计方案的优化及降低成本措施。技术标是从人、材、机方面来进行施工布置，从技术、施工、物资等方面采取措施来确保工程进度、工程质量与施工安全，并在此基础上降低成本，本工程计划工期258天。

Bidding Documents for Construction of Comprehensive Office Building in April 1st Middle School

Abstract

Graduation project is based on the yoghurt economy and technology co., LTD. April 1 in the complex building of the tender notice,tender criteria,drawings and other documents prepared from the tender.

Graduation project includes: letter of tender,commercial tender,technical tender and science and technology paper. The letter of tender includes the letter of tender and the catalogue of the letter of tender. Commercial standards include the bill of quantities and valuation table for civil engineering,decoration and installation,the comprehensive unit price analysis table,the bill of quantities and valuation table for measures,the bill of quantities and valuation table for other items,the bill of quantities and valuation table for regulations and taxes,and the bill of quantities calculation table. The calculation of engineering quantity is calculated according to the calculation rules in the code for the valuation of the bill of quantities of construction engineering. The total cost of the project is 6323703.47 yuan. The technical standard is mainly the construction organization design,its content includes the project general situation,the construction organization and the deployment,before the construction preparation,the construction plane layout,each management measure,the design plan optimization and reduces the cost measure. The technical standard is to arrange the construction from the aspects of people,materials and machinery,and take measures from the aspects of technology,construction and materials to ensure the progress,quality and construction safety of the project,and reduce the cost on this basis. The project is scheduled to last for 258 days.
