摘 要

W公司是以生产销售服装为主的企业，随着产量的不断增加，社会的发展，信息化、自动化程度越来越高，对服装的个性化要求越来越高，仓库布局的不合理性所带来的问题越来越突出。本文在现代物流管理理论和技术的指导下，结合公司实际情况，分别对仓库的现场管理模式、布局、业务流程、信息管理系统等现状进行了分析，提出了相应的改善措施，包括仓库现场管理模式优化、布局优化、业务流程优化、信息管理系统优化等内容。特别在信息管理系统优化方面，希望利用RFID等技术实现仓库的自动化、信息化，提高仓库的作业效率，降低仓库的作业成本的目的。研究结论主要体现在四个方面：一是通过对现场管理模式的优化，提高了仓库的工作环境和工人的工作面貌，提高一定的工作效率；二是仓库布局优化，增加了货架的数量，提高了仓库的利用率；三是优化工作流程，使流程标准化，从而提高仓库工作人员操作的质量和效率，继而提高客户响应速度和质量；四是信息管理系统的优化，从系统层面提高仓库的操作效率，为高效的客户服务提供保障。

Abstract

W company is mainly engaged in the production and sales of clothing. With the continuous increase of production, the development of society, the degree of informationization and automation is getting higher and higher, the individualization requirements for clothing are getting higher and higher, and the irrationality of warehouse layout The problems brought about by it are becoming more and more prominent. Under the guidance of modern logistics management theory and technology, this paper analyzes the current situation of warehouse management mode, layout, business process, information management system and warehouse loss prevention based on the actual situation of the company, and proposes corresponding improvement measures. Including warehouse site management mode optimization, layout optimization, business process optimization, information management system optimization, warehouse loss prevention optimization and so on. Especially in the optimization of information management system, it is hoped to use RFID and other technologies to realize the automation and informationization of warehouses, improve the efficiency of warehouse operations, and reduce the operating costs of warehouses. The conclusions of the study are mainly reflected in three aspects: First, through the optimization of the on-site management mode, the working environment of the warehouse and the work appearance of the workers are improved, and the certain work efficiency is improved;second, the warehouse layout is optimized, the number of shelves is increased, and the utilization rate of the warehouse is improved;the third is to optimize the workflow, standardize the process, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of the warehouse staff operation, and then improve the customer response speed and quality; Fourth, the optimization of the information management system, improve the operational efficiency of the warehouse from the system level, and provide guarantees for efficient customer service.

1.1 选题背景及意义

随着时代的发展，各个行业之间的竞争越来越激烈，服装行业也不例外，大量生产、低廉成本与服装供应商之间的竞争，造成了产品利润渐薄。随着网络的发展，信息流通迅速，信息不对称现象得到了改善，而且随着消费者的服装选择方式的多样化，衣服选择的多样化，导致供应链逐渐由生产者推动转变为消费端主导的模式，而且导致供应链向快速反应需求发展。速度和诚信逐渐成为消费者重试的要点，也将是企业成功的重点。

正是由于服装发展的趋势，以及消费者对服装需求的多样化，服装的流行期逐渐变短的特点，服装企业不断推出新的产品，也不一定赶上时尚的潮流，导致了服装需求的不确定性。同时为了提高销量，企业会采取各种各样的促销策略组合来应对各种情况，这一点加强了服装需求的不确定性。需求的不确定性增加了服装企业销售物流的困难程度，缺货和产品积压的现象屡见不鲜，降低了企业的竞争力，阻碍了企业的发展。仓库管理是物流中的一个重要环节，现在越来越多的企业开始重视仓库管理，着重关注提高自身管理效率、增强管理质量，符合用户需求等方面。
