摘 要

由于科技发展以及经济水平的不断提高，零售业中逐步分割出网络零售企业。但是，网络零售企业产业结构不断升级，这就代表着网络零售企业需要不断筹资来保持企业的更新，当然也就代表着也会产生筹资活动风险。因为网络零售行业出现的晚，本身带有轻资产、信息化以及灵活化的特性，而关于网络零售企业的分析以及了解很少，以及相关它的理论知识也很少。因此，对于有效的控制网络零售企业的筹资活动风险是很重要的。

本文从网络零售企业中选取京东进行案例分析，从网络零售企业的筹资现状入手，分析目前的筹资问题以及产生问题的原因；然后从相关的知网文献、统计局相关网站以及相关数据入手，总结出解决筹资活动问题的措施。然后从京东企业入手，分析京东公司筹资活动的相关数据，结合之前分析的结论以及相关的筹资活动风险控制理论，分析出京东公司筹资状况的问题，从中剖析出产生问题的原因，再分别依次针对产生的问题，找出有效的解决方法。

Research on risk Control of financing activities in Network Retail Enterprises

ABSTRACT

Due to the development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of the economic level, the retail industry is gradually divided into online retail enterprises. However, the continuous upgrading of the industrial structure of online retail enterprises means that online retail enterprises need to constantly raise funds to maintain the renewal of enterprises, of course, it also represents the risk of fund-raising activities. Because of the late appearance of the online retail industry, it has the characteristics of light assets, information technology and flexibility, and the analysis and understanding of the online retail enterprise is very little, and the theoretical knowledge about it is also very little. Therefore, it is very important to effectively control the financing risk of online retail enterprises. This article starts from online retail. The enterprise selects JingDong to carry on the case analysis, from the network retail enterprise fund-raising present situation, analyzes the current financing problem and the reason which produces the problem; Then from the relevant literature, statistics bureau website and related data, summarize the measures to solve the problem of financing activities. Then, starting with JingDong's enterprise, this paper analyzes the related data of JingDong's fund-raising activities, combines the conclusions of the previous analysis and the relevant risk control theory of fund-raising activities, and analyzes the financing situation of JingDong Company. The causes of the problems are analyzed, and then the effective solutions are found according to the problems in turn.
