港口门座式起重机五轮运行机构设计

摘 要

为了使每个车轮均匀受压,采用带平衡梁的车轮组形式,均衡梁与台车车架以及各层均衡梁之间均用水平销轴连接,允许相对摆动。故本设计使用了一个水平方向力臂比为2:3的大平衡梁。由于在起重机运行机构中必须有至少50%的主动轮,本次采用了三个主动轮两个从动轮的布置形式。并将三个主动轮及驱动系统设在大平衡梁的短端。并且由于三个主动轮不可放在同一车架上,故将三个主动轮通过一个力臂比为1:2的小平衡梁连接,驱动系统及两个主动轮置于一个平衡车架上,通过水平销轴连接在小平衡梁的短端,另一个主动轮通过轴连接在小平衡梁长端底部。

门座式起重机有着起升、转弯、变幅和操纵等机构,前三种机构安装在转动的部件上,每个周期参与一次操作。旋转部分还设有俯仰倾斜单臂或组合臂和司机室。操作机构安装在龙门起重机的下部,用于调整龙门起重机的工作位置。带式龙门起重机还配有伸缩漏斗、带式输送机等附加设备,以提高抓斗为龙门起重机装卸松散物料时的生产率。除了电气保护装置外,还配有着起重重量或起重力矩限制器、起重机轨道夹持装置等安全装置。

门座式起重机有起重、转弯、变幅和控制等机制,前三个机构安装在旋转部件上,在一个周期内进行一次操作。在旋转的部分,也有一个倾斜的垂直手或组合的手和驾驶舱。运行机构处于门座式起重机的底部,用于改变其工作的位置。除了电子保护设备,它们还配备了像升力限制器或牵引力限制器、起重机轨道夹轨器,地锚等安全设备。

Port gantry crane

ABSTRACT

In order to make each wheel uniformly compressed, the wheel set with balance beam is adopted. The balance beam is connected with the trolley frame and the balance beam on each layer with a water pin shaft, allowing relative swing. Therefore, a large balance beam with a horizontal moment arm ratio of 2:3 is used in this design. Since there must be at least 50% driving wheels in the crane operating mechanism, this time three driving wheels and two driven wheels are arranged. The three driving wheels and drive system are located at the short end of the big balance beam. And because the three driving wheel is on the same frame, it will be three driving wheel through a lever ratio of 1:2 small balance beam connection, drive system and two driving wheel on the frame in a balanced, through horizontal pin connection in the short end of the balance beam, the other a driving wheel through a shaft connection in the balance beam at the bottom of the long side.

The gantry crane has lifting, turning, luffing and operating mechanisms. The first three mechanisms are installed on the rotating parts and operate once a week. The rotating part is also provided with pitching and tilting single arm or combined arm and driver's cab. The operating mechanism is mounted on the lower part of the gantry crane and is used to adjust the working position of the gantry crane. Belt gantry crane is also equipped with telescopic funnel, belt conveyor and other additional equipment, in order to improve the grab for gantry crane loading and unloading loose materials productivity. In addition to the electrical protection device, it is also equipped with lifting weight or lifting moment limiter, crane rail clamping device and other safety devices.
