摘 要

本文研究的对象是安泰物流公司的仓储管理，仓储是安泰物流业务的基础组成部分，也是安泰与客户沟通的重要桥梁。安泰是一个专业的第三方物流企业，随着物流行业和安泰自身的不断发展，安泰拥有越来越多的客户资源，秉承着始终给客户最好的服务的高要求，对仓储管理不断优化改进进行研究。

本文首先总结了前人对于仓储管理优化研究的文献资料，通过对安泰物流仓储现状进行研究分析后发现其存在空间利用率低、零部件物资分类管理不合理、现场管理混乱及专业人才缺失四大问题，并相应提出空间格式化、ABC和CVA分类法相结合、5S现场管理法及建设高端人才团队的优化方法，空间格式化将安泰仓储空间单元化并建立编码规则和监控系统等，充分利用仓储空间；对在库零部件的分类不仅采用单一的ABC分类法还结合了CVA分类法让员工更有侧重点的管理物资，节省精力成本；5S现场管理规范了安泰的现场管理环境，为仓储营造了一个更舒适规范的工作环境；建设人才团队则采用内部培训和外部广纳相结合的方式，解决专业人才缺失难题。

通过问题与解决方法一对一的模式，有针对性的解决了存在的问题，对安泰物流建立可持续性的仓储管理优化具有深远的指导意义。

Research on Warehouse Management Optimization of Antai Logistics Company

Abstract

The object of this study is antai logistics company's warehouse management, warehouse is the foundation of antai logistics business component, but also an important bridge of antai communicate with customers, aetna is a professional third party logistics enterprise, with the continuous development of logistics industry and aetna, antai has more and more customers resources, uphold the always give customers the best service of high demand, optimize warehouse management continuously improve study.

At first, this paper summarizes the predecessors for warehouse management optimization study of the literature, through analyzing the actuality of antai logistics warehousing after space USES have been found inadequate, unreasonable parts material classification management, site management confusion and lack of professional talents of four big problems, and puts forward corresponding space formatting, ABC and CVA classification method, 5 s field management and optimization method of high-end talent team construction, Space formatting unifies antai storage space and establishes coding rules and monitoring systems to make full use of storage space; The classification of the parts in the library not only adopts a single ABC classification, but also combines CVA classification to make employees have more focused management materials, saving energy and cost. 5S site management standardizes antai's site management environment and creates a more comfortable and standard working environment for storage. To solve the problem of lack of professional talents, internal training and external recruitment are combined to build a talent team.

Through the one-to-one model of problem and solution, the existing problems are solved pertinently, which has far-reaching guiding significance for antai logistics to establish sustainable warehouse management optimization.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

随着经济技术不断发展壮大的趋势愈演愈烈，社会第三方物流业也茁壮成长着。据中国物流行业协会官网数据显示，目前在中国拥有近百万的企事业单位从事与物流息息相关的工作，2017年中国的高水平第三方物流企业只占据达到A级高水平物流企业的4%，由此所占比例可知中国的三方物流企业远比其他国家还差一大截，也正说明着存在很大的成长空间。在第三方物流企业中占据举足轻重位置的仓储业规模日渐攀升，仓储业的发展已经成为当今社会经济发展的重要力量，即便如此，我国物流仓储业发展还存在着很多问题，比如仓储存储空间利用率低下，物资分类混乱，现场管理无序，专业人才缺失等，严重影响了三方物流行业的工作效率和服务水准，工作进展举步维艰，如何对仓储作业进行优化改进提升作业效率，节省时间空间成本是当下物流企业改进重点。

安泰物流公司就是这样一家依靠仓储管理和运输两大主要业务支撑的独立专业性第三方物流公司，公司以四个维度即企业、客户、员工、财务同步发展为宗旨，以“及时、安全、诚信”作为经营理念，经全体员工努力后，年营业额达5000余万元，目前已发展为广州地区优秀的民营第三方物流企业，即便如此，公司内部仓储管理依旧不是完美的，还存在许多可以优化的部分。安泰物流公司要抓住时代的机遇，不断提升自己，紧跟时代步伐，发展创新。截止2018年底，中国大陆物流市场约有8000亿元的市场规模，为了获取更雄厚的规模和利益，安泰物流必须进行改进。
