摘 要

自从加入世贸组织以后，我国经济的发展给物流行业带来了发展良机，众多小微物流企业应运而生。相对于中大型物流企业，小微物流企业综合实力弱，市场生存力较差，更为依赖外在支持。构建物流企业联盟，成为众多小微物流企业发展的首选策略之一。如今全国各地都有已经组成的物流联盟，大多数联盟实际运行的效果并不理想，只有少数联盟运营良好，从各方面为成员带来提升。

由于小微物流企业联盟的构建与维持是相当艰难的，本文从小微物流企业发展现状进行分析，研究小微物流企业联盟发展的现状，发现其中所存在的问题，通过建立合作伙伴选择机制模型、利益分配模型、风险防范机制模型，对现有的小微物流企业联盟进行优化。从中发现现有联盟中针对资源共享、合作共赢方面颇有建树，但在合作伙伴选择、利益分配、风险防范方面较为薄弱。

鉴于以上发现的联盟现存优缺点，本次研究可为小微物流企业联盟未来的发展提出实质性的优化意见，从合作伙伴选择、利益分配、风险防范方面建立适合联盟的机制，提高联盟发展速度，提升联盟成员核心竞争力。

Research on The Alliance Development of Small And Micro Logistics Enterprises

Abstract

Research background: Since China's accession to the WTO, the development of China's economy has brought good opportunities to the logistics industry, and many small and micro logistics enterprises have emerged. Compared with large and medium-sized logistics enterprises, small and micro logistics enterprises have weak comprehensive strength, poor market viability. They need more dependence on external support. Building logistics enterprise alliance has become one of the first choice strategies for the development of many small and micro logistics enterprises. Now there are already formed logistics alliances all over the country. The actual operation effect of most of the alliances is not ideal, only a few of them operate well and bring improvement to their members from all aspects.

Research content: because the construction and maintenance of small and micro logistics enterprise alliance is quite difficult, this paper analyzes the development status of small and micro logistics enterprise alliance, studies the development status of small and micro logistics enterprise alliance, finds out the existing problems.Through the establishment of partner selection mechanism model, benefit distribution model, risk prevention mechanism model, the existing small and micro logistics enterprise alliance Optimize. It is found that the existing alliance has made great achievements in resource sharing and win-win cooperation, but it is relatively weak in partner selection, benefit distribution and risk prevention.

In view of the existing advantages and disadvantages of the alliance found above,research value: this research can provide substantive optimization suggestions for the future development of small and micro logistics enterprise alliance, establish a mechanism suitable for the alliance from the aspects of partner selection, benefit distribution and risk prevention, improve the development speed of the alliance, and enhance the core competitiveness of alliance members.

1.1 研究背景

自从加入世贸组织以后，我国经济的发展给物流行业带来发展良机，传统的货运公司开始转型成为物流公司，业务量逐步增大，业务范围逐渐变广，在公司一步步发展的过程当中，也同时遇到许多的问题。在这些物流公司中，只要少数几家成为了物流业中较为知名的大公司，绝大多数的公司仍然为小微型物流企业。相对于中大型物流企业，小微物流企业综合实力弱，市场生存力较差，更为依赖外在支持。构建物流企业联盟，合作共赢增强整体及个体实力与综合竞争力，就成为众多小微物流企业发展的首选策略之一。

1.2国内外研究概况

熊玉奎、熊斌辉认为，由于物流市场尤其是公路货运市场准入门槛低，我国物流行业内竞争激烈，物流行业的利润空间较之以前下降了许多。近些年物流市场优胜劣汰趋势明显，物流资源配置得到了一定程度的优化，但我国物流市场中低端业态恶性竞争现象依然十分严重，仍然有很大比例的物流企业只提供低层次的运输、仓储服务，物流市场物流需求与供给的结构性矛盾突出，低端物流供给过剩，人民群众多样化、个性化物流需求得不到有效满足物流企业如何在激烈的市场竞争中可持续发展，企业实践和学术研究均表明组建联盟是选择之一。

从发展过程来看，2012年以来我国各地组建了多个物流联盟，2013年中小物流企业联盟“井喷式”涌现，呈现蓬勃发展之势，近几年发展速度明显放缓。
