生鲜农产品冷链物流配送模式优化研究——以无锡鲜都冷藏运输公司为例

摘 要
近年来,互联网的推动作用越来越突出,随着它的快速经济发展以及近年来人们的生活和工作水平的日益改善和提高。如今,人们更加的向往于绿色健康的日常生活和工作方式,有更多的城市老百姓也产生了对于生鲜冷链农产品的物流配送需求。而在互联网原有的物流配送和运输模式下,很多生鲜的农产品已经无法直接的配送到了居民手中。在当前社会,网络上有许许多多的电商生鲜平台以及生鲜农产品的电商加盟应运而生。同时,随着这样的现象,越来越多的顾客和消费者群体对生鲜电商和生鲜物流的关注也越来越高。因为生鲜冷链农产品具有容易变质腐烂的特点,其保存难度较大,保存时间较短,所以生鲜农产品电商加盟企业的农产品配送全程监控系统需要很高的技术要求,需要明确的要求该系统能够很好地满足及时的配送、全程监控生鲜冷链的一些特殊要求。但是在我国目前的冷链物流行业中,仍然存在很多问题,如配送散乱,损耗大,不及时等问题,这在很大程度上影响了近年来我国生鲜冷链运输以及物流配送的健康发展。因此对生鲜的冷链运输和物流配送的模式如何进行合理的设计以及优化的研究势在必行,现以江苏无锡鲜都冷链物流有限公司为代表的案例,探究农产品生鲜的冷链运输物流过程中存在的一些技术问题,并为客户提供相关技术建议优化生鲜的冷链运输物流配送的模式,以期能够实现有效减少农产品运输配送过程中生鲜冷链农产品的损耗,降低农产品物流配送的成本,提高生鲜冷链的效率等主要服务目的。

Abstract
In recent years, the role of the Internet has become more and more prominent, with its rapid economic development and the improvement of people's living and working standards in recent years. Nowadays, people are more yearning for a green and healthy way of daily life and work, and more urban people also have the demand for the logistics and distribution of fresh cold chain agricultural products. Under the original logistics and transportation mode of the Internet, many fresh agricultural products have been unable to be directly distributed to the residents. In the current society, there are a lot of e-commerce fresh platform and fresh agricultural products on the network to join the e-commerce came into being. Meanwhile, with this phenomenon, more and more customers and consumer groups are paying more and more attention to fresh e-commerce and fresh logistics. For fresh agricultural products cold chain has the characteristics of easy to rot, it is difficult to save time is shorter, so fresh produce electricity to enterprises of agricultural products distribution to the monitoring system requires high technical requirements, need to clear the requirements of the system can well satisfy the timely delivery, the whole monitoring fresh cold chain of some special requirements. However, in China's current cold chain logistics industry, there are still many problems, such as scattered distribution, large losses, not in time and other problems, which to a large extent affect the healthy development of fresh cold chain transportation and logistics distribution in China in recent years. For fresh cold chain transport and logistics distribution mode of how to conduct reasonable design and optimization of the study is imperative, now in jiangsu wuxi bright cold-chain logistics co., LTD., as a representative case, to explore the cold-chain transport of fresh agricultural products logistics in the process of some technical problems, and to provide relevant technical advice to optimize the fresh cold chain transport logistics distribution mode, in order to effectively reduce the wastage of the fresh agricultural products cold chain in the process of transportation and distribution of agricultural products, reduce the cost of agricultural products logistics distribution, improve the efficiency of fresh cold chain and other major service purposes.

人们的生活水平和收入水平不断提高,对于食品的要求也越发严格,生鲜农产品越来越多的受到了人们的喜爱和欢迎。快速健康化、多样化、绿色化是当前人们饮食习惯的新的导向,产品的品质以及购买方式的改良与多样性是人们新的关注点,同时人们对于更加新鲜的蔬果水产鲜肉等的需求也在带动冷链物流市场的快速发展。目前我国的生鲜食品2017年的国际交易额为17897亿元,2018年为19135亿元,2019年突破到2.04万亿元。生鲜农产品冷链物流行业的快速发展,得益于生鲜末端农产品供应链产量的迅速增长,以及目前国内生鲜电商企业的经营范围的多样化。目前我国的生鲜末端农产品包括新鲜水果以及蔬菜、禽蛋以及肉类等的产量在目前全世界的范围内都一直是名列前茅。生鲜农产品供应链需求的不断快速增长直接程度上地促进了目前我国的冷链物流电商服务行业的快速发展,供应链需求以及末端农产品需求量的不断快速膨胀,需要更合理有效的冷链物流配送管理方式和服务来提供物流支撑。
