摘 要

现在我国的中小制造企业，在制造企业中占多数，但是因为规模的约束，企业在日常运营中所需资源易出现短缺现象，尤其是在库存管理方面存在很多不足。因此，加强中小制造企业的库存管理是当务之急。库存管理对于企业管理来说十分重要，完善和优化库存管理，对于企业库存效率的提高具有促进作用，提高了资金的周转效率，并且大大降低了运营的成本。

本文首先通过文献研究法描述了企业库存管理优化的相关概念、目的及相关理论与方法，为优化企业库存系统提供理论依据并探寻目前国内中小型制造企业库存管理现状及存在的问题；然后通过了解YJ公司库存管理现状，将公司存在的主要问题挖掘出来，在对YJ公司库存管理研究的基础上，通过定量分析法（ABC分类法、经济订货模型）和定性分析法有针对性的对YJ公司库存管理提出建议及对策，并提炼出我国中小型制造企业库存管理的优化策略。

本文通过对YJ纺织公司的库存管理研究，希望从中找出能够对我国的中小型制造企业有借鉴意义的库存优化策略，从而使得我国的中小型制造企业能够更好地发展，提升我国中小制造企业的竞争力。

Research on Inventory Management Optimization of Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises—Take YJ Textile Company as an Example

Abstract

At present, China's small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises account for the majority of manufacturing enterprises. However, due to the constraints of scale, enterprises are prone to shortage of resources required in daily operation, especially in inventory management. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the inventory management of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. Inventory management is very important for enterprise management. Improving and optimizing inventory management can promote the improvement of inventory efficiency, improve the turnover efficiency of funds, and greatly reduce the operating cost.

This paper first describes the related concepts, purposes, theories and methods of enterprise inventory management optimization through literature research, provides theoretical basis for optimizing enterprise inventory system and explores the current inventory management status and existing problems of domestic small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises; then, through observation, it understands the current inventory management status of YJ company, and finds out the main problems of the company On the basis of the research on the stock management of YJ company, this paper puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures on how to manage the stock of YJ company through quantitative analysis (ABC classification and economic order model), and extracts the optimization strategy of the stock management of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in China.

Through the research on the inventory management of YJ textile company, this paper hopes to find out the inventory optimization strategy that can be used for reference by China's small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, so as to enable China's small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to develop better and enhance the competitiveness of China's small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

自新世纪起，数字时代发展快速，互联网的重要性也日益增加，全球化使得世界的联系更加紧密，全球各国在政治与经济贸易上的交流与往来逐渐频繁。市场竞争由原来的在本国内市场的竞争演化成为多国市场之间的竞争。这使企业的生产经营和管理面对着更多的挑战，在全球范围内对货物进行合理配送并且尽可能降低生产管理成本是现代物流与库存管理所要研究的一个重点问题。

当今，生产技术水平不断地进步，企业已经不能将重心只放在产品性能优化上面了，应该更加重视企业在供应链上的竞争。换句话说，要想在国际竞争中获得优势，就要按照客户需求为其提供合理又高效的货物输送服务。大部分情况下，供货服务和即时供货能力在客户心中的重要性比产品本身的质量和价格更高。谈到供应链，使得企业的生产水平、运营水平得到优化和提升，企业各部门包括后勤采购部门、生产部门以及仓储部门能够相互配合，以达到降低生产成本的目的，也能避免企业因为生产过剩，导致的原材料浪费、工厂物流浪费、资金浪费以及在生产产品中的人力浪费。在完成企业供应链中，从主管人员下达订购申请单，到产品生产出后送去产品质检等多项活动都应该用最优化的方式完成，并将最终产品按照客户的需求以最优的方式送达。
