摘 要

浦乌园项目的物业管理解决方案摘要浦乌园作为一种社会主义新兴产业，物业管理尤其是一种适合于现代社会和人类的新型现代化居住观念已经充分昭示了其具有巨大的市场经济发展潜力，并在世界和中国范围内得到了普遍的认可，其中对于物业管理的内涵也日趋由于对住宅小区管理，拓宽至包括各类企业办公楼宇、商务中心、旅游饭店以及各类学校、医院等的管理。物业管理企业大都有着相似的服务范围宽、客户群体数量众多等相似的特点，需要做好一些可观测量且周转时间较长的日常事件。而如果我们想要高效、正规有序地对物业管理，就会很有极大的必要去指导和鼓励我们利用电脑技术更快地登堂入室，这样我们方能在对物业的管理中建立起一个良性循环，从而促进工作效率提升。

In the information age,the main ways for people to acquire knowledge are quite different from the past,especially since the 21st century,the wave of information technology has more and more far-reaching impact on people's lives with the progress of modern science and technology. Information technology is also an important way for people to store,process and transmit a large amount of data.
