新技术背景下网络消费者隐私问题研究——以小红书为例

摘 要

消费者的隐私问题一直以来都是国家、企业和消费者关注的重点。近年来,虽然互联网和大数据、云计算等新技术在日常生活的各个领域发挥着重要作用,却也让消费者的隐私问题被逐渐放大。越来越多网络消费者隐私泄露和侵害事件的发生,促使着人们重新思考新技术的发展给人们生活带来的影响。新技术的发展和广泛应用是大势所趋,人们往往会在享受着新技术带来的巨大便利的同时,忽略随之而来的潜在风险。在此背景下,对新技术背景下网络消费者隐私问题进行探讨、分析,将有助于针对这一问题提出更加有效的应对措施,保护网络消费者的合法权益,促进网络购物市场和网络经济的良好健康发展。

本文将采用文献研究法、问卷调查法和图表分析法共三种方法从当前网络消费者隐私问题的现状、产生原因和应对策略三个方面来对新技术背景下网络消费者隐私问题进行探讨、研究。通过对当前网络消费者隐私问题的现状进行总结,分析出新技术背景下网络消费者隐私问题产生的原因以及新技术给网络消费者的生活带来的影响,在此基础上对新技术背景下网络消费者隐私问题的应对策略进行归纳、总结。在帮助消费者对现阶段新技术的发展和应用现状以及网络消费者隐私问题现状有基本认识的同时,让消费者对隐私问题的预防和应对措施有一定的了解。

The Research on Network Consumers’ Privacy Issues under the Background of New Technology: Take Little Red Book as an Example

Abstract

The issue of consumer privacy has always been the focus of attention of countries, enterprises and consumers. In recent years, although the Internet, big data, cloud computing and other new technologies have played an important role in all areas of daily life, they have also magnified the privacy issues of consumers. The occurrence of more and more online consumer privacy leakage and privacy violation events has prompted people to rethink the impact of the development of new technology on people"s lives. The development and wide application of new technology is the trend of The Times. People tend to ignore the potential risks while enjoying the great convenience brought by new technology. In this context, the discussion and analysis of the privacy issues of network consumers under the background of new technology will help to put forward more effective measures to deal with this problem, protect the legitimate rights and interests of network consumers, and promote the sound and healthy development of online shopping market and network economy.

In this paper, three methods including literature research method, questionnaire survey method and chart analysis method will be used to discuss and study online consumer privacy issues under the background of new technology from three aspects of the current situation, causes and countermeasures of online consumer privacy issues. Based on the summary of the current status of network consumer privacy issues, the causes of network consumer privacy issues under the background of new technology and the impact of new technology on the lives of network consumers are analyzed. On this basis, the countermeasures to network consumer privacy issues under the background of new technology are summarized. While helping consumers to have a basic understanding of the development and application status of new technologies at the present stage and the current situation of online consumer privacy issues, let consumers have a certain understanding of the prevention and response measures of privacy issues.
