摘 要

为了让东台农村快递业和电子商务能够为国民提供更好的服务，缩小城乡差异，促进东台地区经济发展，以及探究全国乡镇电商及电商物流的大体发展程度和现存问题，结合目前农村电子商务的运营模式、发展现状、发展优势和制约因素，利用多种研究方法如SWOT分析法，切实并垂直的分析东台镇乡镇电商物流发展的优劣势和东台镇面临的机遇和困难。配送效率低，自动化、智能化水平偏低的问题通过引进城市的先进物流系统，物流设备来改善；配送渠道不完善就需要物流企业开发更加多样化的配送渠道，深入乡镇，了解需求，政府提供资金支持，官商协作，完善东台的物流配送体系及渠道。专业人才等问题除了企业福利的吸引，更需要政府宣传，吸引更多年轻人才回乡发展，培训学习专业的物流知识，建设新型物流配送企业。在相应政策法规愈加完善的同时，相信东台的电商物流乃至全国各大小乡镇的电商物流都会焕发蓬勃生机，带动乡镇经济发展。

Analysis and improvement of e-commerce logistics in Dongtai town

Abstract

In order to make Dongtai rural express industry and e-commerce better serve the people, shorten the gap between urban and rural areas, and promote the local economic development of Dongtai, this paper explores the general development degree and existing problems of township e-commerce and e-commerce logistics in China, and then, according to the actual situation of Dongtai, deeply analyzes the current situation, operation mode and overall planning of the express industry in rural areas of Dongtai town, and concludes Combined with the current operation mode, development status, development advantages and constraints of e-commerce in rural areas, SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Dongtai express industry. The problems of low distribution efficiency, low level of automation and intelligence can be improved through the introduction of advanced logistics system and logistics equipment in the city. If the distribution channels are not perfect, logistics enterprises need to develop more diversified distribution channels, go deep into villages and towns, understand the demand, provide financial support from the government, cooperate with government and business, and improve the logistics distribution system and channels in Dongtai. In addition to the attraction of enterprise welfare, it also needs government publicity to attract more young talents to return home for development, train and learn professional logistics knowledge, and build a new logistics distribution enterprise. With the improvement of relevant policies and regulations, we believe that Dongtai"s e-commerce logistics and even the e-commerce logistics of all towns and townships across the country will be full of vitality and drive the economic development of towns and townships.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

国外对农村物流领域的研究要领先于国内，所以，国外在农村物流技术和理论这两个方面的研究成果要比国内更多，并且在农村物流信息管理等方面也取得了一定的研究成果，但是更多的研究方向还是侧重于农村物流运输体系建设和建设存储设备等方面。

Vanecek和Kera（2005）通过对影响农村物流发展的原因进行分析，提出相应的解决方法[1]。随着网络技术和软件开发技术的进一步发展，Pacle（2015）开始研究如何对运行的车辆进行实时定位，并且将二维码技术使用在货物运送过程中[2]。美国的学者对物流的研究大部分是在物流中心的选址和快递包裹配送等领域[3]。Bobe,Magdalena（2008）[4]则提出物流信息技术在农村物流运输中的重要性，并对物流信息技术在农村物流中作用进行了研究。Yan Zhang（2008）[5]注意到网络信息技术在农村物流系统中的方便和快捷性，开始研究在构建乡镇物流体系时网络信息技术发挥的作用。
