摘 要

南京江北新区于五年前设立，是江苏省唯一的国家级新区。五年时间，从无到有的南京江北新区已经初步展露“南京新主城”的姿态。江北新区正逐步建设成为社会主义现代化示范区。北园幼儿园就坐落于南京江北新区北园小区，泰山七十四亩经济适用房，拆迁安置房配套幼儿园。设计单位是江苏建工集团有限公司。毗邻南京农业大学，旁边是江北大道快速道和盛浦路浦环路、312国道，周围有澳林购物广场和南京高新区小柳工业园，地理位置优越，属于南京市江北新区，发展潜力巨大。区域交通便捷，靠近地铁3号线和公交站，紧邻长江，未来将享受河西新城和江北新区双重规划优势，周边配套正逐步完善。建成后的江北新区北园幼儿园，可容纳250名适龄儿童。该园建筑面积2900平方米(约4.35亩)。计划新建活动及辅助用房、办公及辅助用房、保障用品等各项共计需用资金375.6万元。此次毕业设计是基于BIM的北园幼儿园投标文件编制，小论文是关于北园幼儿园工程质量的调查，主要说的是对于工程质量的控制是贯穿于工程建设全过程的各个阶段的，工程质量是保障建筑工程质量的重要因素。就北园幼儿园建设过程中发现的一些问题提出了解决建议。这次毕设收获：老师说过，做事要做到既不越位，又要到位。在这个过程中也遇到了一些大大小小的问题，很感谢同学之间的互帮互助把问题解决。在做毕设方面，包括其他方面都是一样。要秉着认真，细致负责，不怕麻烦的态度。对毕设负责，对学习负责，更是对自己负责。要有严谨认真负责的学习态度和对待学习的满腔热情。

Abstract

Nanjing Jiangbei New District was established five years ago and is the only national new area in Jiangsu Province. Five years, from scratch, Nanjing Jiangbei New District has initially revealed the "Nanjing New main City" posture.Jiangbei New District is gradually building into a socialist modernization demonstration area. Beiyuan Kindergarten is located in Nanjing Jiangbei New District Beiyuan District, Taishan 74 mu of comfortable housing, demolition of housing supporting kindergartens.The design unit is Jiangsu Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. Adjacent to Nanjing Agricultural University, next to Jiangbei Avenue Expressway and Shengpu Ring Road ,312 National Road, surrounded by Aolin Shopping Square and Nanjing High-tech Zone Xiaoliu Industrial Park, the geographical location is superior, belongs to Nanjing Jiangbei New Zone, the development potential is huge.The regional transportation is convenient , close to Metro Line 3 and the bus station , and close to the Yangtze River . It will enjoy the dual planning advantages of Hexi New City and Jiangbei New Area in the future , and the surrounding supporting facilities are being gradually improved .The completed Beiyuan Kindergarten in Jiangbei New District can accommodate 250 school age children .The park has a floor area of 2 , 9 0 0 square meters (about 4 . 3 5 mu) .A total of new activities , RMB 3 . 7 5 6 million yuan , such as auxiliary housing , office and auxiliary housing , and security supplies are planned .Based on the BIM bid documents of Beiyuan Kindergarten, the graduation project is based on the investigation of the engineering quality of Beiyuan Kindergarten. The main point is that the control of engineering quality runs through all stages of the whole process of engineering construction. Engineering quality is an important factor to ensure the quality of construction project. Some problems found in the construction of Beiyuan Kindergarten are put forward.This time the harvest: the teacher said that work to achieve neither offside, but also in place. In this process also encountered some large and small problems, thank students for helping each other to solve the problem.It is the same in finishing, including other aspects. To be serious, meticulous and responsible, not afraid of trouble attitude. Responsible for completion, learning, but also responsible for themselves.
