摘 要

21世纪来，物流活动已被企业视为在千变万化的环境中，可以有效获得市场竞争优势的重要方式。自动化立体仓库是企业物流活动的关键要素，因此，既为满足公司自身发展的强烈要求，同时也是提高公司形象的必然需求，公司决定新建自动化立体仓库，实现更快、更准、更强的企业战略目标。

在分析了企业仓库的整体结构和库存管理的现状之后，本文总结了立体库的相关理论基础，并且按照公司的要求，创建自动化立体库存储设施。在规划时，分别确定了选择立体仓库设备的原则，确定了主要设备和参数，如货架、库位数、货位布局、堆垛机、搬运设备和输送机设备；然后进行自动化立体仓库的总体规划，包括出入库流程的分析和布局方案的确定。对立体库功能区及几何尺寸、出入库能力、储存能力进行校核。最后，评估了自动化立体仓库系统的预期效果和总体投资计算。

论文的研究成果探索了一种模型，可以为相关仓储公司的自动化仓库设计和库存管理提供参考，并提供了投资和建设的技术和经济可行性分析和案例参考。

Design of an Automated Warehouse for an Enterprise

Abstract

In the 21st century, logistics activities have been regarded by enterprises as an important way to effectively obtain market competitive advantages in a ever-changing environment. Automated warehouse is a key element of enterprise logistics activities. Therefore, the logistics operation efficiency of the entire enterprise depends to a large extent on the completeness of the enterprise"s automated warehouse design.

After analyzing the overall structure of the enterprise warehouse and the status quo of inventory management, this article summarizes the basic composition and technical advantages of the three-dimensional warehouse. And in accordance with the company"s requirements, create automated three-dimensional library storage facilities. In the planning, the principles of selecting the three-dimensional warehouse equipment were determined, and the main equipment and parameters were determined, such as shelves, warehouse numbers, storage space layout, stackers, handling equipment and conveyor equipment; and then the overall automation of the three-dimensional warehouse Planning, including the analysis of the warehousing process and the determination of the layout plan. Check the functional area and geometric size of the three-dimensional library, storage and storage capacity. Finally, by determining and analyzing the overall investment calculation of the automated three-dimensional library project, the expected effect of the project on the construction of the automated three-dimensional library is analyzed.

The research results of the thesis explore a model that can provide references for the design and inventory management of automated warehouses for related warehousing companies, as well as provide technical and economic feasibility analysis and case references for investment and construction.

在世界产品生产能力过剩的发展前提下，市场需求已被当今快多样化和高度差异化的产品批量生产的产品所取代，这导致了物流服务所面临的物品的种类越来越多。在以货币为媒介的商品交换领域，电子商务的兴起打破了以物质媒体为主要流通方式的传统过程，使消费者在消费过程中的体验更加便捷、优质。在物流领域，如今是以单一商品为基本单位运输，而不是使用集中的运输方式，增加了物流运输的工作量。另外，随着新零售模式的兴起，即时交付业务提出了接近订单响应时间限制的要求。智能仓库系统是智能管理的核心节点。通过信息技术、自动化技术和数据技术的深入融合，为仓库的仓储、存储、拣配和交付等各种业务调度智能仓库设备，并且优化了仓库中人员、设备和货物资源的配置。以实现仓库中的高效化、数字化和智能决策。而自动化的仓储具有灵活性的特征，可以有效应对产业和消费升级对仓库的挑战。
