摘 要

区域物流与区域经济在推进一体化进程时相互作用，对区域的协调发展是至关重要的。江浙沪区域已经在实现一体化的道路上摸索了很久，并取得了较为显著的效果。尽管如此，江浙沪区域物流的发展还存在一些问题，阻碍了区域物流一体化的实现。因此，探索江浙沪区域物流一体化的相关阻碍因素，并提出对应的改进措施是本文的重点。

本文基于与本主题相关的研究分析与国家官方的统计数据，采用定性分析与定量分析相结合，围绕江浙沪区域物流一体化研究这一主题展开探讨。通过国家统计数据搜集和分析，从江浙沪区域一体化总体概况到物流市场的供需现状着手，发现江浙沪对物流市场需求较为旺盛且现有的物流各方面资源都比其他区域有优势，普遍存在的问题是区域内需求与供给都存在差异，导致区域内的物流领域的协作低效，无法很好的发挥物流一体化的作用。

本文主要就其中的港口群与机场群两个方面重点进行问题的探讨，尝试有针对性的提出多角度的解决措施，促进区域物流有效衔接，资源高度整合，从而推动江浙沪区域物流一体化发展。

Research on Regional Logistics Integration

in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai

Abstract

Logistics is the power and profit source of economic development, and the power guarantee of regional economic integration of logistics integration. Without logistics integration, there will be no regional economic integration. Similarly, the economic integration of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai is inseparable from the integration of logistics. Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai regional logistics integration is the integration of existing regional logistics resources. This is not only the need of its own development, but also the inevitable requirement of regional economic integration, which will certainly promote the mediastinal strength and international competitiveness of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. Nevertheless, there are still some problems in the development of regional logistics in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, which hinder the realization of regional logistics integration. Therefore, it is the focus of this paper to explore the related obstacles of regional logistics integration in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai and put forward corresponding improvement measures.

Based on the existing research results and theories, this paper combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, and discusses the theme of regional logistics integration in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. Through the collection and analysis of national statistical data, from the general situation of regional integration in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai to the current situation of supply and demand in logistics market, it is found that Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai have strong demand for logistics market and the existing logistics resources have advantages over other regions. The common problem is that there are differences between demand and supply in the region, which leads to inefficient cooperation in the logistics field in the region and can not give full play to the role of logistics integration.

This paper focuses on the port group and airport group, and tries to put forward multi-angle solutions to promote the effective connection of regional logistics and the high integration of resources, thus promoting the integrated development of regional logistics in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai.

绪 论

研究背景

此次新冠病毒疫情使得全球经济一体化加快了进程，每个区域之间虽然联系程度加强，但是与此同时区域之间的竞争也伴随而来。区域物流一体化是当前社会发展的必然趋势，在国内外理论或管理实践上都是重点关注的热点问题。

现实背景

从国内宏观视角来看，党的19届五中全会指出，为积极构建国内外双流通发展新格局，充分发挥国内大流通的主体作用，要实现国内各地之间货物和生产要素的相对充分整合，并且我国经济的形势已经从高速发展阶段进入高质量发展阶段。从国际宏观视角来看，世界经济的全球化态势不断上升，合作与竞争成为全球经济的主要特点，并且单个城市的竞争优势在当前的背景下很难形成，所以要不断推进各区域之间进行经济要素的协作与分工，从而取而代之的是区域的竞争力。这些表明了人们对区域一体化的概念的重视程度越来越大。

2019年的政府工作报告中指出“将长三角区域一体化发展将升级为国家战略”，由此可见长三角区域的经济对全国经济发展有着重要的影响，并且积极推进长三角区域一体化发展这一动态受到区域内各个城市所认可。
