摘 要

随着我们国家经济水平的提高，医药行业不断的发展，医药物流作为医药产业必不可少的环节，是作为着十分重要的角色存在的。医药行业在我国经济发展中中是十分特殊的行业，实现医药行业物流运作的现代化和高效化都有十分重要的现实意义。

本文把九州通医药物流公司作为研究对象，分析探讨九州通医药物流公司的发展现状、发展过程中存在的问题以及相应的解决对策研究。首先是对国内外医药物流和九州通医药物流企业的发展现状进行分析，接着重点对九州通医药物流发展中存在的一些问题进行分析研究，根据相应的问题分析总结得出九州通医药物流公司的解决对策。九州通在以后的发展中进行不断的改进和学习，一定会变成更强更优秀的医药物流企业，并且能带动我国医药物流市场更快更好的发展与进步。

从医药物流研究和发展实践来看，随着我国医药体制的不断改革与完善，医药行业的竞争将会越来越激烈，因此，系统地分析和分析医药物流行业的流通体系以及医药物流供应链的管理办法对于我国医药物流行业的长期有效的发展具有非常重要的引导作用。

Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Pharmaceutical Logistics Management—Take Jiuzhou Tong Pharmaceutical Logistics as an example

Abstract

With the improvement of our country"s economic level, the pharmaceutical industry is booming. As the intermediate link of the pharmaceutical industry chain, pharmaceutical logistics companies play an important role. The pharmaceutical industry is a special industry in the national economy. It is of great practical significance to realize the modernization and high efficiency of the logistics operation in the pharmaceutical industry.

This article takes Jointown Pharmaceutical Logistics Company as an example to study the development problems and countermeasures of Jointown Pharmaceutical Logistics Company.  First, analyze the development status of domestic and foreign medical logistics and Jointown medical logistics enterprises, and then focus on the problem research of Jointown medical logistics, and draw the development countermeasures of Jointown medical logistics company based on the corresponding problem analysis.  It is believed that Jointown can become a stronger and better pharmaceutical logistics company through continuous improvement and learning, and drive the faster and better development of my countryamp;apos;s pharmaceutical logistics market.

From practice medicine logistics research and development, with the reform and perfect of our country"s medical system, medical industry competition will be more and more intense, therefore, a systematic analysis and design of the pharmaceutical industry of the circulation system of pharmaceutical supply chain management system for the healthy and orderly development of China"s pharmaceutical industry has important guiding role.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

近年来，随着我国科学和经济的发展与进步，我国国民的生活质量和生活水平有所提高，以及国家对于医疗制度改革的实行，越来越大的药品需求，医药企业及其物流企业都得到了进步从而迅速的发展。前景良好的医药行业也会带动其物流行业的迅猛发展。作为医药物流标杆的企业九州通医药物流公司，是一家主要经营中药、西药和医疗器械的医药企业，主要客户对象为医院、零售药店等，并给客户提供各项增值服务，如医药信息、物流，是在医药流通行业中掌握的独特规划集成现代医药物流中心能力的现代大型医药销售服务企业。但是，因为医药物流起步时间晚，基础薄弱，物流观念滞后，且缺乏发达的物流技术，导致还在发展中的九州通医药物流存在一定问题仍然需要改进。
