摘 要
根据大量相关数据显示,建筑行业及其相关行业正迎来第二次大规模技术更新,BIM应用方案可以让各方更好的协作,将BIM的技术优势充分展现出来,使工程设计和施工的错误大大降低,提高项目质量。在BIM基础上的三维设计理念已被越来越多设计院,施工单位,业主方等建筑方面专业人士认可。本工程项目是以BIM的相关软件Revit,Navisworks,Lumion为基础,采用BIM技术根据相关图纸完成三维模型的搭建,施工进度模拟,建筑环境渲染输出,火灾模拟及环境输出。
目前,人民生活水平有了很大提高,人们的思想中也树立了可持续发展的意识。因此,建筑可持续发展已成为综合设计的重要目标,并逐渐成为主流方向。BIM为集成设计奠定了坚实的平台基础。在这个平台上,集成化的设计理念实现高效运行,受到了人们的重视。所以,BIM技术必将是建筑行业发展的趋势。

BIM comprehensive application of Building 5 of plot F project
Abstract
According to many relevant data, the construction industry and related industries are undergoing a second major technology upgrade.Give full play to its potential, greatly reduce design and construction errors, and improve the quality of the project.The three-dimensional design concept based on BIM has been recognized by more and more architectural professionals such as design institutes, construction units, owners, etc. This project is based on the BIM related software Revit, NavisWorks, lumion, using BIM Technology to complete the construction of 3D model, construction progress simulation, building environment rendering output, fire simulation and environment output according to the relevant drawings. Based on the understanding of the building information model, the BIM application program of Building 5 in area F is analyzed.
Now, people"s living standards have been improved, and people"s awareness and concept of sustainable development have also been improved. So, the sustainable development of traditional buildings and buildings has become two important goals of comprehensive design, and has gradually been widely accepted. BIM has established a solid platform in the integrated design. In this platform, the integrated design concept and process can achieve efficient operation, which has been widely valued. Therefore, BIM Technology will be the main directions of construction industry.

1.1 BIM是什么
BIM是将“应用程序”技术和“附加”图像三维坐标技术相结合的应用技术。BIM解放了“建筑全生命周期的应用,整个生命周期以BIM为中心。BIM工程信息可以将各个阶段结合起来,甚至可以将应用与设备启动和运行管理结合起来。欧美一些建筑企业的成功应用,极大地改变了建筑工程的流程,减少了设计误差,使施工更加自动化、省时。它的整体价值使沟通更加简单、准确和有效,并有完整的记录。
