摘 要

社会物流总额的输出带动了我国物流行业的发展，我国社会物流总费用也保持增长趋势。物流在电子商务的运作中也占据着重要地位，在“互联网 ”的影响下，物流行业为也在进行变革，京东作为中国最大的自营物流企业，对于其它企业也有着借鉴作用。目前，京东物流在经营模式下，由于其业务的不断扩张，物流人员的不断增加，仓库物料的堆积和资金流动等问题，都在制约着京东物流的发展。为了解决这一系列问题，京东要投入大量的精力到物流体系中。

本文以京东为研究对象分析京东物流的发展现状，以及京东物流的优势和存在的问题。通过文献分析和定量分析，从仓储、配送、人员等各方面进行深入的挖掘，并且在分析的问题中给出改进对策。不断优化京东物流体系，也希望本次课题的研究可以给同类企业物流提供一定的借鉴。

Study on The Advantages And Disadvantages of JingDong Logistics And Its Improvement Strategy

Abstract

The output of the total amount of social logistics drives the development of logistics industry in China, the total cost of the social logistics in China has also maintained an increasing trend. Logistics also occupies an important position in the operation of electronic commerce. Under the influence of "Internet", logistics industry is also changing. JingDong, as the largest self-owned logistics enterprise in China, also has a reference role for other enterprises.At present, under the management mode of JingDong logistics, due to the continuous expansion of its business, the increasing number of logistics personnel, the accumulation of warehouse materials and the flow of funds, it is restricting the development of JingDong logistics. In order to solve this series of problems, JingDong will put a lot of energy into the logistics system.

In this paper, JingDong is taken as the research object to analyze the current situation of JingDong logistics development, as well as the advantages and problems of JingDong logistics. Through the literature analysis and quantitative analysis, the paper excavates deeply from storage, distribution, personnel and so on, and puts forward the improvement countermeasure in the analysis question. Constantly optimize JingDong logistics system, but also hope this research can provide some reference for similar enterprises logistics.

第一章 绪论

1.1研究背景

京东物流在物流行业中是值得学习的典范，也同时是非常受消费者欢迎和影响力的一家企业。京东物流是以“以人为本”为服务理念，满足客户全方位的需求。并不断进行优化设计以多样化的服务来满足客户需求。京东物流采取的是自营物流为主，外加与第三方物流相结合的模式。京东的自营物流体系能够让客户及时的收到货物，让客户的货物有品质保证。因为很多用户在工作日没有空闲的时间来接收物品，所以京东就做到了一天中有三个时间段进行送货上门，确保用户可以及时拿到货物，这是第三方物流难以实现的。京东物流配送在电商平台中占据着一席之地，可以说是很重要的角色，但是京东出现的很多问题也是因为物流配送有很多不足的地方。在物流配送时间不准以及京东自营物流中存在的种种缺陷，都是京东需要克服的问题。京东的自营物流模式有其优点也有其不足，想通过京东物流与其他物流进行优劣势对比分析，然后给出相应的对策措施。
