摘 要

本次的毕业设计主要讲述了办公楼工程基于BIM的工程投标文件编制。工作内容包括通过广联达BIM土建算量软件完成投标报价文件的编制、编制本案例工程的施工组织设计及一层所有项目的工程量手算书。毕业设计是土木工程专业的必修课程，我选用的图纸是办公楼，设计采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构，建筑层数为四层，建筑总高度为16.8m，总建筑面积2792㎡，底层占地面积为 698㎡。设防烈度为 7 度，抗震等级为三级。广联达BIM土建算量软件建模包括建筑部分、结构部分、楼梯、基础等。根据拟定的案例项目图纸的基础上，将工程案例图纸通过软件完成土建模型的建立并导出模型、完成基于BIM的土建投标报价文件的编制，采用江苏省规范报表格式，用广联达土建算量软件生成投标报价文件、通过建模完成的工程量清单，结合具体的施工定额编制施工进度计划，基于此完成其他计划，画出施工平面图，完成施工组织设计文件。

完成办公楼工程总体的广联达土建算量软件建模与土建投标报价文件的编制，熟悉了土建投标报价文件编制的全过程，掌握了广联达土建算量软件的基本操作方法，和编制土建投标报价文件的基本工作，创造性地完成了毕业设计任务。同时，对这些年所学的专业知识和基本概念有了更深的理解，从而提高了分析和解决实际问题的能力。

Preparation of bidding documents for Venture Park office building based on BIM

Abstract

This graduation design mainly describes the office building project based on BIM project bidding document preparation. The work includes the preparation of bid quotation documents through Quanta BIM civil calculation software, the preparation of the construction organization design of this case project and the engineering volume of all projects on the first floor. Graduation design is a compulsory course in civil engineering, I choose the drawing is the office building, the design of the use of reinforced concrete cast-in-place frame structure, the building layer is four layers, the total height of the building is 16.8m, the total construction area of 2792 square meters, the bottom floor area of 698 square meters. The fortification intensity is 7 degrees and the seismic grade is three. Guangzhou-Delta BIM Civil Calculation software modeling includes building part, structure part, staircase, foundation and so on. On the basis of the proposed case project drawings, the project case drawings will be completed through the software to establish the civil model and export the model, complete the preparation of civil bidding quotation documents based on BIM, the use of Jiangsu Province standardized report format, the use of broad-linked civil calculation software to generate bid quotation documents, through modeling completed the bill of quantities, Combine with the specific construction quota to prepare the construction schedule, based on this to complete other plans, draw the construction plan, complete the construction organization design documents.

Completion of the Office building project overall broad-linked civil calculation software modeling and civil bidding quotation documents, familiar with the whole process of civil bidding and quotation document preparation, mastered the basic operation method of Guangzhou civil calculation software, and the preparation of civil tender quotation documents basic work, creatively completed the graduation design task. At the same time, there is a deeper understanding of the expertise and basic concepts learned over the years, thus improving the ability to analyze and solve practical problems.

第一部分

毕业设计综述

第一章 工程概况

1 基础结构

本工程采用的是柱下阶梯型独立基础，基础埋深 1.5m；室外地坪标高为-0.45m, 设计基础顶面标高-0.85m，基础承受框架柱传来的弯矩、轴力和剪力以及基础的自重、基础回填土的重量、基础梁传来的荷载等。基础垫层厚度为100mm，混凝土标号为C15，顶标高为基础底标高，出边距离100mm。

2 主体结构

本工程主体结构共四层，层高为3.6m，建筑总高度为16.8m，总建筑面积2792㎡，底层占地面积为 698㎡。设防烈度为 7 度，抗震等级为三级。平面柱网采用7.5m×6m。本工程采用现浇框架结构，双向承重体系，建筑设计室内标高为 0.00m，室外地坪标高为-0.45m。主要构件材料：混凝土强度：屋面板采用C30混凝土，楼板采用C30混凝土，梁柱采用C30混凝土。钢筋使用HPB235和HRB335两种钢筋。240mm室内地面以上墙体采用普通机制砖，M7.5混合砂浆砌筑；室内外 0.000以下墙体采用MU10空心砖，M10水泥砂浆砌筑。

3 装饰工程

本工程的室外装修设计的工程做法为：屋面为铺地缸砖保护层上人屋面，采用8~10厚彩色水泥釉面防滑地砖，用建筑胶砂浆粘贴，干水泥擦缝，3厚纸筋灰隔离层，3厚高聚物改性沥青防水卷材，20厚1：3水泥砂浆找平层，最薄30厚1：0.2：3.5水泥粉煤灰页岩陶粒，找2%坡，40厚现喷硬质发泡聚氨保温层，现浇混凝土屋面板。

室内装修设计的工程做法为：地面是防滑地砖地面，用2.5厚石塑防滑地砖，建筑胶粘剂粘铺，稀水泥浆擦缝，用20厚1；3水泥砂浆压实抹平，素水泥结合一道；楼面为防滑地砖楼面（砖采用400*400），做法为5~10厚防滑地砖，稀水泥擦缝，6厚建筑胶水泥砂浆粘结层，素水泥一道；踢脚是地砖踢脚，用400*100深色地砖，高度为一百；内墙面用水泥砂浆墙面，是喷水性耐擦洗涂料；顶棚为抹灰顶棚；吊顶为岩棉吸音板吊顶。卫生间采用防滑地砖防水楼面、地砖踢脚、瓷砖墙面、涂料顶棚和铝合金条板吊顶。

第二章 毕业设计过程描述

1 任务介绍

本次毕业设计的工作内容主要是对工程项目进行广联达土建算量软件的建模工作并将工程量汇总计算导出报表、根据工程量清单定额表编制投标文件、按照施工图纸一层所有项目的工程量进行手动计算并将结果与绘图工程量进行对比分析产生差异的原因、结合工程实际与国家、行业、地方现行的相关法规标准编制施工组织设计文件。在本篇论文中描述本工程的工程概况、在编制毕业设计的过程中遇到的问题与解决方法及是如何完成本次毕业设计工作、附上所作毕业设计的结果、列出编写投标文件和施工组织文件时所参考的文献、结束语、谢辞。
