摘 要

当今社会人们对生鲜食品的需求逐步提高，生鲜食品商为了保证食材的安全、卫生、营养，不断优化着冷链物流。每日优鲜作为当下炙手可热的生鲜O2O电商平台，普及率之高，但在配送过程中也存在着诸多风险，如包装不达标准、车辆易出现故障、冷藏温度易失控等。因此，每日优鲜等涉及到冷链物流的企业如何解决以上问题、分析和预防冷链配送中潜在的其他风险，是本文研究的重点。针对蔬果类对温度极为敏感，从蔬果成熟采摘下来到运输直至送达客户手中的每一个环节，都可能因温度不恰当而使蔬果变质产生毒副作用。为了保证计划蔬果从生产企业、贮存单位、运输部门、再到配送和使用的整个过程要有妥善的冷藏设备，让蔬果始终处于规定的温度范围之内，为确保其不受损害,提出了以 RFID 技术和WSN技术为核心基础，根据蔬果冷链物流在实际生活中的需求，在RFID标签的芯片当中定时写入放在蔬果运输箱里的温度传感器采集的温度，当 RFID 标签接到 RFID 读写器信号时，再将 RFID 芯片内的温度数据上传给 RFID 读写器，将得到的温度数据利用网络上传，交由蔬果冷链监管系统进行处理，这样就可以为冷链物流企业保证商品质量、提升配送服务水平提供参考依据。

Abstract

In today"s society, people"s demand for fresh food gradually improved, fresh food merchants in order to ensure the safety of ingredients, hygiene, nutrition, and constantly optimize the cold chain logistics. Daily excellent as the current hot fresh O2O e-commerce platform, the penetration rate is high, but there are many risks in the distribution process, such as the packaging is not up to standard, vehicles prone to failure, refrigeration temperature easily out of control. Therefore, daily YouTube and other enterprises involved in cold chain logistics How to solve the above problems, analysis and prevention of cold chain distribution potential other risks, is the focus of this study. In view of the extreme temperature sensitivity of fruits and vegetables, from the ripening picking of fruits and vegetables to transport until the delivery of customers in the hands of every link, may be due to improper temperature and fruit and vegetable spoilage to produce toxic side effects. In order to ensure that the planned fruits and vegetables from the production enterprises, storage units, transport departments, to the distribution and use of the entire process to have a proper refrigeration equipment, so that fruits and vegetables are always within the specified temperature range, in order to ensure that it is not damaged, put forward RFID technology and WSN technology as the Core Foundation, According to the needs of fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics in real life, will be placed in the vegetable and fruit transport box temperature sensor collected temperature timed to write RFID tags in the chip, when the RFID label to the RFID reader signal, and then the RFID chip in the temperature data to the RFID reader, To the vegetable and fruit cold chain supervision system for processing, so that cold chain logistics enterprises to ensure the quality of goods, improve the level of distribution services to provide a basis and reference.

1.1 选题的背景与意义

2015年，每日优鲜正式开启了线上的销售模式，距今也只不过不足四年的时间。这一年是生鲜电子商务的一个重要转折点。在2015年，消费的主体已经发生了变化，大多数80后在这个时候其实已经是人到中年，并已组成家庭，生鲜消费的主力人群也已变成了他们。与此同时，年轻一代的人们的生活习惯也慢慢的发生了很大的变化。根据数据的走势及相关人员的预测，2016年整个线上选择每日优鲜的客户占总体的比例只有7%，但未来5到10年中，这一数据将会快速的增长。根据综合情况分析，在2020年，选择每日优鲜为他们服务的人数占总体的比例将达到20%，这意味着一年的成交额会达到6000亿，互联网购买生鲜的方式成功进入千万家。
