摘 要

城市给排水是城市建设的重要基础内容。保证城市有一个科学畅通的排水系统，是城市及时排除积水，避免受到洪灾威胁的重要保障。给排水设计对满足城市居民的基本生活与工业生产的供水、排水系统建设具有很重要的意义。给排水行业已经从过去的“冷行业 ”到现在逐步被人们所重视。面对城市人口不断增加，经济飞速发展，城市对水资源需求逐步增加，导致给排水之间的矛盾日益突出，而全面提升给排水设施建设质量，对缓解矛盾起到相当大的作用，成为建筑工程质量中不可忽视的关键环节之一。给排水工程招标控制价文件编制毕业设计是培养工程造价专业的学生综合运用本专业基础理论、基本知识、基本技能去分析解决实际问题，提升专业素质的一个重要环节；是工程造价专业课程理论教学与实践教学的继续深化及检验。通过此次题目为“河南煤业集团综合楼项目给排水工程招标控制价编制”的安装工程毕业设计，充分利用所学专业知识、理论联系实际，完成设计任务书所规定的任务、独立开展工作、增强动手能力。

Abstract

Urban water supply and drainage is an important basic content of municipal construction. To ensure that the city has a scientific and unimpeded drainage system is an important guarantee for the city to remove water in time and avoid being threatened by floods. Water supply and drainage design is of great significance to the construction of water supply and drainage system for the basic living and industrial production of urban residents. Water supply and drainage industry has been from the past "cold industry" to now gradually by people"s attention. Faced with the continuous increase of urban population, rapid economic development and the gradual increase of urban demand for water resources, the contradiction between water supply and drainage has become increasingly prominent. The comprehensive improvement of the quality of water supply and drainage facilities plays a significant role in alleviating the contradiction, and has become one of the key links that cannot be ignored in the quality of municipal engineering.The graduation project is to train students to use the basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills of this major to analyze and solve practical problems and improve their professional quality. It is the further deepening and testing of the theoretical teaching and practical teaching of this major. The graduation project enables students to make full use of the professional knowledge, theory and practice, complete the tasks specified in the design specification, carry out work independently, and enhance practical ability.

第一部分

毕业设计综述

第一章 工程概况

本工程为河南煤业化工集团重基装备有限公司建设项目的综合程本建筑为多层建筑，耐火等级为二级，最大建筑高度15.30m先面积3669平方米，根据国家相关规范，本建筑设室内消火栓系统。

设计的依据为：1、 《建筑设计防火规范》GB 50016-2006;

1. 《建筑给水排水设计规范》GB 50015-2003（2009年版）
2. 《建筑天火器配置设计规范》GB50140-2005
3. 主管部门批复文件及要求建设单位提供的设计要求。
4. 建筑专业提供的设计图纸及其它专业对本专业的资计要求。

设计的范围是建筑单体室内给排水系统流计和消防系统设计，建筑单体的室外给排水详见室外给排水设计图纸。

设计内容是生活给排水系统包含：给水系统、污废水排水系统。消防给水系统包含消火栓消防给水系统以及灭火器配置。
