无人零售商店的运营状况及发展前景分析

摘 要
目前来看,中国的实体零售业正在面临一场巨大的改革浪潮。2016年美国亚马逊推出了Amazon Go无人商店,同年中国国内市场开始探索无人零售行业,次年推出了缤果盒子、Take Go等项目,自此无人零售行业开始勃勃发展。
随着人工智能的发展和普及,其运用范围更加广阔。因此传统的零售概念早已不适合用,在人工智能层面重新定义“新零售”:没有服务人员却拥有更优质的服务,更简洁的购物步骤。无人零售应运而生需要智能化、无人化以及信用化三者相互配合,缺一不可。
当今广泛认为无人零售商店是一种介于实体超市和自助售卖机之间的无人营销方式,是为了应对高房租、高人工成本和省区结算排队等而产生的一种新零售。目前有三种运营模式。一是以Amazon go为例,主要依靠机器视觉、深度学习算法和传感器融合技术。二是以阿里巴巴的淘咖啡为例,实质以三大核心技术为支撑,即交易系统及目标检测与追踪系统,结算意图识别和生物特征自动感应和学习系统。三是以Take go为例,该模式主要涉及了深度学习、卷积神经网络、机器视觉、生物支付和生物识别等人工智能领域前沿技术。当然市面上还有使用FRID电子标签的技术,例如缤果盒子,利用射频技术来进行结算等等模式,不过也是大同小异。
目前市场上的无人零售商店特色各异,可以应用于很多场景,还可以规模化复制。它不仅具有节省人力成本租金成本的优点,还在精准营销中发挥着重要价值:利用无人便利店的数据统计,能够分析出某商品欢迎程度,还能统合计该商品的浏览次数和消费次数,从而得到该商品面对的主要消费者。除此之外,无人零售商店在提升消费者的体验性、满足顾客不同的购物需求方面有卓越优势。
但是,任何事物都是双刃刀,无人零售也存在缺陷。首先,无人零售商店对硬件技术要求高;其次.无人模式要求消费者具有很高的自觉性以及诚信来保障货品安全;接着,无人便利店具有就业挤出效应,无人模式虽然带来了效率的提升,但相对于较少了就业机会。不仅如此,目前无人零售商店只是新的业态模式,还在摸索试运营的阶段,还未挖掘出巨大的市场,相关法律制度也未完善,这些都会限制无人零售商店的长远发展。
目前来看,无人零售还是利大于弊的并且发展潜力巨大。这需要商家扬长避短,更好的利用这一新兴的产业,造福广大消费者。因此无人零售的未来发展前景还是值得期待的。

Analysis of Operation Status and Development Prospects of Unattended Retail Stores
Abstract
China"s real retail industry is ushering in a new round of challenges. Since 2016, when Amazon introduced offline physical supermarket Amazon Go, China has rapidly emerged in similar projects such as Convenience Bee, Beanie Boxes, F5 and Take Go, to unveil the "Amoy Coffee" unmanned convenience store in Alibaba, the new retail market in China Into the "blowout" period.
With the advent of the artificial intelligence era, e-commerce has gradually become a traditional retail model. We need to redefine "new retail" with artificial intelligence: no salespersons, but better than salespeople; shopping in unmanned shops is simpler than having a shop in person. Such a model needs unmanned, intelligent, credit three perfect cooperation and interaction. Nobody retail came into being.
Scholars think unmanned retail store is an unmanned marketing method between specialty store and self-service vending machine, which is a kind of new retail to deal with high rent, high labor cost and provincial settlement. There are currently three modes of operation. First, taking Amazon go as an example, mainly relies on machine vision, deep learning algorithms and sensor fusion technologies. The second is to Amoy coffee, for example, mainly rely on the three core technologies, namely, biometric automatic sensing and learning systems, billing intent identification and trading systems and target detection and tracking system. The third is taking Take go as an example. It mainly covers cutting-edge technologies in artificial intelligence such as convolutional neural network, deep learning, machine vision, biometrics and biological payment. Today there are not only these three forms of unattended retail stores, as well as the use of RFID RFID tag technology, such as box of fruit, the use of radio frequency technology to settle, but also similar.
Unattended retail stores are distinctive and can be replicated on a large scale for more scenarios. In addition to saving labor cost rents, unattended retail represents an important value in precision marketing. With unattended retail stores, you can Tracking the sales of a product, counting the number of views ,come to the product for the crowd, come to which part of the product is the focus of consumer interest. At the same time unmanned retail stores to enhance consumer experience, to meet different shopping needs of customers.
However, anything is a double-edged knife, and unmanned retail is also flawed. Preferred, unattended retail stores on the technical requirements. Second, the high demand for consumer integrity, security of goods is not strong, then, unmanned retail flash store with employment crowding-out effect, reduce employment opportunities intelligent unmanned sales shop although brought efficiency. Not only that, unattended retail store is only a new format, and did not find new market unoccupied retail stores rely mainly on efficiency improvements to replace the existing stock of retail markets, but has yet to find new markets, which limits the Long-term retail development.
As long as the balance of good and bad, no one retail or profit more than harm, which requires businesses to avoid weaknesses, make better use of this emerging industry for the benefit of consumers. Therefore, the future development of unattended retail is still worth the wait.

中国国内的无人零售行业正在起步,但已经初露锋芒。有阿里巴巴提出的新零售概念,京东宣传的无界零售主张记忆苏宁提出的智慧零售新想法。时代的进步让更多的元素在无人化领域发挥重要的作用。同时无人零售也在发展成型,作为一种新的零售模式进入大众视线
弄潮儿的玩家刷脸进店,无人值守,即拿即走,这便是无人便利店的购物流程。最初,亚马逊在美国西雅图推出了“Amazon Go”无人便利店,这家167平方米的便利店主要售卖即食食品、生鲜、日用杂货。小小的店面在当时的零售届引起了巨大的风潮。但现如今, 中国国内的无人零售商店也能媲美甚至超越Amazon Go。
