摘 要

本次计算书按照东南大学成贤学院土木工程专业毕业设计对学生的要求进行计算,毕业设计的课题为南京软件园腾飞大厦3号楼的计算。本次毕业设计主要分为办公楼项目策划，办公楼项目招标，办公楼项目投标三部分。开始建设一个新的项目，工程项目的立项是第一步，同时也是极其重要的一步，接着就是策划阶段，策划阶段表现为甲方在项目实施阶段进行的上层管理活动，分析和研究问题。具体展现为首先确定项目的范围管理，然后将其分解为若干可行的实施单元。其次，在项目招标阶段。主要描述招标的准备过程、整个过程和最终中标单位的确定。在招标结束后的合同管理和项目实施计划中，制定了项目实施阶段的具体实施计划和管理计划。这些包括质量、工期、安全、环境等建设的整体安排。管理模式、组织设置和责任分配。最后，通过制定详细的规定和措施，可以防止项目实施过程中可能出现的问题。

The Prophase Planning of Tengfei Building in Nanjing Software Park

Abstract

This calculation is based on the graduate student’s requirements for the graduate design of civil engineering at Cheng Yin College of Southeast University. The subject of graduation project is the calculation of Building 3 of Tengfei Building, Nanjing Software Park.
