摘 要

本次毕业设计发的图纸是永城港工程，以此工程图纸为核心完成一系列的毕设任务。首先是自己完成专业英语翻译和开题报告，然后通过小组内同学合作来完成该工程的工程量清单的编制；其次是以C企业立场，并根据竞争对手的情况，根据之前完成的工程量清单，完成C企业对该工程投标文件的编制；最后根据自己在毕业设计整个过程中的心得体会，撰写一篇3000字左右的论文。

永成港工程为钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构，一共10层，地上9层，地下一层，建筑面积为2643.65平方米，其中地上建筑面积2392.47平方米，地下建筑面积为251.18平方米。工程造价为4660041.01元。通过此次毕设掌握了投标文件的组成内容和编制方法，熟悉了工程量清单计价规范，同时了解了投标文件编制的过程。

The project cost is 4660041.01 yuan. 毕业设计综述

工程概况

1.1建筑设计

永城港工程位于永城市高庄镇汪楼沟东侧，永兴街北侧。为高层加地下室，高层结构形式为钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构，永城港工程为地下1层，地上9层，建筑高度为30.300米，室内外高差为1.10米。总建筑面积约2643.65平方米，其中地上建筑面积2392.47平方米，地下建筑面积为251.18平方米。本次招标范围为土建 、安装工程施工总承包。地下一层为储藏室和设备房，地上1~9层为住宅。耐火等级：地上为二级，地下为一级。抗震设防烈度为6度。地下室防水等级：二级，屋面防水等级：Ⅱ级。设计使用年限为50年。建设单位为高庄镇人民政府。

1.2结构设计

1.2.1地基与基础

本工程的±0.00处相当于绝对标高3.000米，基础为桩基筏板基础，筏板基础厚为250mm。

1.2.2主体结构

本工程为钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构。抗震设防烈度6度。本工程墙体除特殊注明外，均为200厚加气混凝土砌块；±0.000标高以下外墙为钢筋混凝土墙，未注明的洞口高度住宅户内的均距地2100mm。
