摘 要
在现今社会的管理方面,信息技术被运用得越来越深入而广泛,这使得管理信息系统技术在实施方面变得越来越成熟。管理信息系统是一个一直在发展的新型课题,不管哪一个单位想要更好地发展,更好地生存,都要将内部活动高效地组织起来,就必须建立一个与自身特点相互适应的管理信息系统。
学生信息管理系统是一个学校必要的一部分,它能做到信息的规范管理和快速查询,从而减少工作量。本系统利用Visual FoxPro 开发制作学生信息管理系统,具有以下优点:
1)可以快速地查询学生信息,节省时间。
2)可以将学生信息进行打印保存。
3)需要少数人对系统进行管理,节省人力。

User Management And Designing The Report In Student Information Management System
Abstract
With the more and more in-depth and wide applications of information technology in management, the use of management information system has been gradually mature in the technology. Management information system is a developing and brand new subject. No matter who wants to survive, to develop, and to organize the internal activities organically with high efficiency. It must establish the management information system which adapts to its own characteristic.
Student information management system is an essential part of the school. It can manage information normatively and search information quickly, therefore reducing the workload. The system uses Visual FoxPro software to develop and produce the student information management system, and it has the following advantages:
1) It can search students’ information quickly and save time.
2) It can print information and store.
3) It requires a small number of people to manage the system and can save manpower.
