年产5亿粒胆舒胶囊生产车间工艺设计

摘 要

胆舒胶囊(英文名称Synopsis)为利胆药物剂型胶囊:50mg/粒.胆舒胶囊为胶囊剂,具有特殊气味,味辛凉,经试验反应,该胶囊具有利胆、止痛和消炎的作用,能溶解体内的胆固醇类结石等。经多次临床验证表明,对慢性结石性胆囊炎,有效率高达为92%。止痛效果好,生效快。

本设计为年产5亿粒胆舒胶囊生产车间工艺设计,按照课程设计的要求和有关规定,本设计包括工艺概述、工艺流程、物料衡算、工艺设备选择、车间工艺布置、洁净区设置、三废处理等。

Abstract

Danshu capsules (English name Synopsis) is Lidan capsule: 50mg/ particles. Drug formulations of Danshu capsule capsule, has a special smell, pungent and cool, the test reaction, the capsule has choleretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, can dissolve cholesterol gallstones. After a number of clinical trials showed that, for chronic calculous cholecystitis, the effective rate was as high as 92%. Analgesic effect is good, fast.

The design for the annual output of 500 million grains of Danshu capsule production workshop design, in accordance with the requirements of the curriculum design and the relevant provisions of this design includes the overview of the process, process, material balance, process equipment selection, shop layout, clean area, waste treatment etc..
