摘 要
随着经济全球一体化趋势的进一步加强,企业间的竞争日趋激烈,集速度、专业知识、柔性和革新为一体的全新的经营模式------外包逐渐应运而生。许多企业开始让第三方物流服务商管理自己的非核心物流业务,使得自身能够集中精力于核心业务。虽然物流外包有诸多优点,但同时存在着诸多的风险,需要企业合理运用物流外包,做好决策分析。因此,对物流外包开展研究具有现实意义。
本论文首先具体分析了联合汽车电子公司的实际情况,探讨企业在物流决策上是是选择自营还是外包,选择实施外包的企业又当如何进行外包决策,最后一章又分析了企业在物流外包中可能存在的风险以及应当如何制定相应的防范措施。在企业物流自营与外包的决策这一部分,本文主要采用了Ballow的二维决策模型的方法。根据两个维度物流------企业的物流服务水平以及对企业的价值这两方面来建立决策模型,再通过企业自身的实际情况算出相应的数据得出最后的结论。接下来,进一步分析为了更高的经济效益,企业应当如何实施外包策略。通过对两种物流方案的费用、管理、设施方面进行研究比较,选择了只拥有一个仓储服务供应商的方案,可获得更高的经济效益。在最后,探讨企业实施物流外包时,分析可能会存在的潜在外包风险,并相应地制定防范物流外包风险的防范措施。

Logistics Outsourcing Decision Analysis of United Automobile Electronic Systems Co., LTD
Abstract
With further strengthening of economic globalization trend, competition between enterprises, set speed, professional knowledge, flexibility and innovation as one of the new business model--- outsourcing gradually came into being. Many companies start for the third party logistics service providers to manage their non-core logistics business, allowing itself to focus on core business. Although logistics outsourcing has many advantages, but at the same time, there are a lot of risk, needs the enterprise reasonable use of logistics outsourcing, make decision analysis. Therefore, the logistics outsourcing research has practical significance.
In this paper, first of all, starting from the actual situation of United Automobile Electronic Systems Co., LTD, explore the logistics enterprise is to choose the proprietary or outsourcing decisions, and if the outsourcing enterprise shall how to make decisions, and finally analyses the enterprise in the process of logistics outsourcing risk and related preventive measures. About enterprise logistics self-supporting and outsourcing decisions, this paper uses the two-dimensional Ballow decision-making model for the analysis of enterprise logistics mode choice. Through the value of logistics for the enterprise and enterprise logistics service level of these two dimensions to establish decision model, the use of detailed data analysis come to the conclusion that enterprise is suited for logistics outsourcing. Next, the further analysis to the higher economic efficiency, enterprises should be how to carry out outsourcing strategy. Based on two kinds of logistics project cost compare research, management, facilities, chose to only have a storage service providers, can obtain higher economic benefits. Finally, to explore the influence of enterprise logistics outsourcing risks and preventive measures against this part of the detailed analysis of the possible risks in the process of enterprise logistics outsourcing, and further puts forward the measures how to prevent the risk.

20世纪以来,伴随着全球经济一体化趋势的进一步加强,企业间竞争日趋激烈。作为企业来说,不但要提升竞争优势,还要适应变化莫测的市场。而企业的资源是有限的,难以做到在完整的产业链中都具有核心竞争力,只能集中优势于一个或数个核心业务。根据“木桶理论”,企业为了补齐短木板,提高自身的竞争力,选择将自己的非核心业务外包给第三方服务商。因此,对于迫切需要强大物流系统支持的企业,将自身不具备优势又复杂的物流业务外包给第三方,是越来越多企业明智的选择。
