摘 要

新时期以来，我国的经济迅速的发展，利用外资对中国的经济发展起着至关重要的作用。本文首先是对我国利用外资的现状进行数据分析，调查我国实际利用外资额与外商投资企业数的相关数据并进行分析，对外商投资企业进出口额的情况进行分析。其次是分析我国在利用外资过程中面临的机遇，比如说我国市场大、方便外国企业的进入，我国的经济迅速增长，便于我国进行经济转型。然后是分析我国在利用外资的过程中面临的挑战，包括外资产业结构不合理、外资投放地区的不合理、外资质量水平不高和环境污染等问题。紧接着，是根据这些机遇挑战来找寻相关的对策。包括利用外资政策、提高外资质量、改善环境质量等一系列措施。最后根据本论文所写的内容得出总的结论。

Our Country Faces the Opportunities Challenges and Countermeasures When Utilized Foreign Capital in New Period

Abstract

Since the new period, Chinese economic develop rapidly, the utilization of foreign capital plays an important role on Chinese economic development. First, this article data analysis the current situation of the utilization of foreign capital in our country, investigated the reality of our country use and foreign-invested companies, the situation of the foreign investment enterprise import and export is analyzed. Then, analyze the opportunities when our country facing in the utilization of foreign capital. For example, we have big market which be convenient for the foreign companies entry, our country’s economic grow rapidly and facilitate the economic transformation in our country. And then analyze the challenges when our country facing in the utilization of foreign capital, including the foreign investment industrial structure is not reasonable, unreasonable foreign capital on the region, the foreign capital quality level is not high and the problem such as environmental pollution. Besides, according to the relevant data obtains corresponding countermeasures, including use foreign capital policy, improve the quality of foreign capital, improve the environment quality and other measures. Finally, I base on the content of this article to come to a conclusion.
