摘 要

自从中国2003年正式进入WTO组织，中国在10年内经济结构发生了翻天覆地的变化。外贸产业链越来越长，然而作为流通经济的物流行业也在期间也发生了重大转型。由于不同物流需求跟多种服务方式的要求，物流园区作为新型物流运营频平台如雨后春笋不断涌现。

相较于外国成熟的物流园区建设，我国的物流园区发展在刚起步阶段过程中虽然琳琅满目，但在系统性建设方面尚存在许多不足。

本文以乡镇产业经济为中心，地方特色为方向，重点研究讨论了在建设地方性（乡镇）小规模物流园区过程中出现的问题和短处，在分析产业流程过程后，提出物流园区的建设框架与原则定位，并通过科学的数学方法在对该园区未来10到15年的货运量跟用地进行预测。在“十三五”大政策下，运营开发以集约资源，信息网络为主导的特色物流园区。

Study on the layout planning of small scale logistics park construction -- a case study of Shengze town in Suzhou

Abstract

Since China 2003 officially entered the World Trade Organization (WTO), China within 10 years of economic structure occurred earth shaking changes. Foreign trade industry chain becomes longer and longer. However, circulation economy as the logistics industry also in the period also occurred in the great transformation. Due to the requirements of different logistics demand with a variety of services, logistics park as a new logistics operation frequency platform have mushroomed emerging.

Compared with foreign mature logistics park construction, the development of logistics park in China in the initial stage of though dazzling, but in system construction still exist many problems.

The township industrial economy as the center, local characteristics for the direction, focus on the discussed problems and weaknesses appear in the small scale logistics park in the process of the construction of local (township) and in the analysis of industrial process, put forward logistics park construction framework and principles of positioning, and through scientific mathematics method in to the park the next 10 to 15 years of freight volume with land to predict. Under the policy of "45", development and operation with intensive resources, information network as the dominant characteristics of the logistics park.

第一章 绪论

1.1 规划背景

在经济全球化与现在科学技术的双速发展下，现代物流业拓展到了全球的业务活动范围，成为前景可观的新兴产业。然而，当中国在进入WTO后，要在竞争如此激烈的经济风暴下获得一席之地，必然要改革经济体制适应国际大环境。想要优化社会资源，转变经济方式，提高市场竞争，第一步就要完成现代物流的转型，物流效率的提高极大地促进经济整体流动性，使经济处于高速稳定的发展当中。随着时间推移，我国多数地区，不同的物流园区布局规划作为地区重点建设工程正在有序的进行。
