25 27 25m先简支后连续预应力T梁桥设计

摘 要

本设计是根据设计任务书的要求和相关规范的规定,对预应力混凝土简支T梁桥进行设计的。简支梁桥属于静定结构,且相邻桥孔各自单独受力,故最易设计成各种标准跨径的装配式构件。鉴于多孔简支梁桥各跨的构造和尺寸划一,从而就能简化施工管理工作,并降低施工费用。

在设计中,桥梁上部结构的计算着重分析了桥梁在使用中恒载以及活载的作用力,采用整体自重系数,荷载集度进行恒载内力的计算。运用杠杆原理法、刚性法求出活载横向分布系数,并运用最大荷载法进行活载的加载。进行了梁的配筋计算,估算了钢绞线的各种预应力损失,并进行预应力阶段和使用阶段主梁截面的强度和变形验算和挠度计算。

本设计全部设计图纸采用计算机辅助设计绘制,计算机编档、排版,打印出图及论文。

Abstract

The design is concrete simply supported beam bridge design. Simply supported beam bridge is statically indeterminate structure and it is most easy to design into fabricated components of standard span. In view of the porous simply supported beam bridge span structure and size uniform, it will be able to simplify construction and reduce construction costs.
In the design, calculation of the bridge superstructure analyzes the dead load and live load , and it uses the overall weight factor and load set degree to calculate the dead load. The use of leverage, the rigid method to calculate the live load lateral distribution factor. For beam reinforcement calculation, it estimates the loss of the steel prestressing force. It also reckon the strength,deformation and deflection of the main beam cross-section during the prestress stage and use stage.

The design of all design drawings using computer aided design drawing, computer archiving, publishing, print out maps and papers.
