摘 要

招标投标制是建设工程主要管理制度之一。投标竞争是监理单位、施工单位承揽监理任务、施工任务的主要方式。目前建筑市场竞争激烈，而竞争获胜的关键在于编制一份切合工程实际的、高质量的投标文件，这也是企业在承揽任务时最关注的问题。基于此，本文对监理投标文件、施工投标文件的编制进行研究。

本文研究的内容是投标书的编制，每部分投标书均包括商务标和技术标。施工投标书的研究重点是工程量清单投标报价和施工组织设计的编制。本文研究的成果是一份规范性的施工投标文件。本文的研究成果对自身未来可能的施工投标工作具有一定的实用价值和指导意义。

The bidding documents of Fanersai Mansion

Abstract

The bidding system is one of the main management system of construction project. Bidding competition is the main way of supervision units and construction units to contract supervision and construction task. The current fierce competition in the construction market, and the competition to win the key is to compile a practical engineering practical, high quality of the bidding documents, which is the enterprise at the time of the contract tasks are most concerned about.
