摘 要

21世纪的今天，社会的不停的在发展，进步，人们对于科学化的信息的认识，已由低向高层次发展，管理的重要性已经逐渐被人们认知，科学的管理，使信息存储准确、能提高工作管理效率，促进其发展。本系统以JSP为开发技术，实现了一个网上的休假的系统。休假系统的管理员端的设计与实现分为两大模块，用户模块可以查看公告信息、请假管理等；管理员可以进行用户管理、公告管理、请假管理等。通过这些模块的设计，基本上实现了整个休假管理过程。 本文解决了员工休假管理效率低，人工管理会出现错误，成本高的问题。提供了休假系统管理员端的设计与实现的解决方案。通过休假系统管理员端的设计与实现的解决方案，针对用户的需求，结合现在流行的软件设计技术、框架、工具，设计出符合客户功能需求的软件程序系统的移置性和针对性都比较高，给客户带来了极大的方便。

Abstract:Today, in the 21st century, the society is constantly developing and progressing. People"s understanding of scientific information has developed from low level to high level. The importance of management has gradually been recognized by people. Scientific management can accurately store information, improve the efficiency of work management and promote its development. This system takes JSP as the development technology and realizes an online vacation system. The design and implementation of the administrator end of the vacation system are divided into two modules, the user module can view the announcement information, leave management and so on; the administrator can carry out user management, announcement management, leave management and so on. Through the design of these modules, the whole vacation management process is basically realized. This paper solves the problem of low efficiency of employee vacation management, errors in manual management and high cost. This paper provides a solution for the design and implementation of the administrator end of vacation system. Through the design and implementation of the solution of the administrator end of the vacation system, according to the needs of users, combined with the popular software design technology, framework and tools, the software program system that meets the functional requirements of customers is designed with high displacement and pertinence, which brings great convenience to customers.

1 概述

1.1 课题背景及意义

以往的休假管理，都是在管理人员，需要我们花费大量时间，而且还不能及时获取休假人员信息或最新的公告信息，十分的不方便。计算机已经进入了人类社会发展的各个领域，并且有十分重要的作用。本系统利用网络获取信息、计算机信息存储管理，有着与传统的方式所无法比拟的优点。比如计算检索速度特别快、可靠性特别高、存储容量特别大、保密性特别好、可保存时间特别长、成本十分的低等。这些优点能够极大地提高工作效率，提升服务水平。网络管理让休假系统的管理员端的设计与实现变得的更科学化、正规化、系统化。

1.2 国内外研究现状

国内互联网相对起步较晚，本课题以网上休假系统的管理员端的设计与实现管理为例，目的是开发一个实用的休假系的管理系统。

休假系统的管理员端的设计与实现充分运用并体现了MIS的总体思想，综合应用MY SQL、JSP等技术，是用户对自己的休假信息内容进行管理和系统管理员对休假信息修改管理等。
