摘 要

编制时对施工总体部署、施工准备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程质量保证措施、施工现场管理措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑,突出科学性、适用性及针对性,是确保优质、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任务的重要经济技术文件。本设计主要包括以下内容：工程施工组织设计书、施工进度计划安排、施工平面布置图、具体施工方案。为确保工期、质量及安全、文明工地,节约成本等条件,编制出针对性的施工组织设计,每个分部分项工程的特点,结构特征,施工难易程度工期和质量要求,编制出切实可行的施工方案。以指导施工顺利地完成本工程项目的建设,控制工程成本,创建优质工程。在施工方案中施工顺序也是重要的环节，它是工程或工序施工的先后次序。在施工方案中施工方案中施工机械的选择也是关键的，是可以影响工程的工期，施工质量和安全，以及工程的施工成本，一个工程的施工过程，施工方法和建筑机械均可采用多种形式，施工组织设计就是在若干不可行方案选取合适客观实际的较先进合理又最经济的施工方案。

1 设计选题说明

1.1 选题原因说明

本人在学年设计中完成了工程商务标的编制，并且对工程量清单的计算已经有所了解，所以为了能对专业有更大的理解，选择施工方案这个没接触过的题目进行设计，并结合一些在工地实习时的所学。

1.2 数据资料的获得

在施工现场的经历，使我获取数据资料的途径更为多样化。既有相关工作人员现场的工作指导；也有网上搜集交易案例、查阅有关施工方案书籍等搜索资料的活动。为了完成本次毕业设计，我咨询了设计院一些从事多年造价工作和常年驻扎在工地的项目经理，亲自到现场简单的经历一次工程的实施过程，以及在网上搜集了工程实施过程中的方案。

1.3 设计的难度

本次设计所涉及的工程师已经完工的工程，不同工程大体流程虽然相同，但每个工程实施过程中总会有许多的不同之处，在其他工程中所得在此项工程中不一定适用，并且对于此工程在实施过程中所用的施工器械、施工技巧等方面不是理解很充分。
