浅析西部农村小学教师队伍不稳定的成因与对策---以保靖县农村小学为例

摘 要

荀子:“国将兴,必贵师而重傅;国将衰,必贱师而轻傅。”“良师兴国”国家兴亡看教育,而教育则与教师深深的联系在一起。农村小学教师队伍不稳定是当前教育事业的一个突出的问题,这种现象在我国的中西部地区极为严重。教师队伍的不稳定将严重阻碍农村教育事业的发展,这一严峻问题已经到非解决不可的程度,对此需要进行调查和研究,并提出相应的对策。稳定教师队伍,提高农村教育具有重要的意义,本文以湖南省湘西土家族苗族自治州保靖县下的农村小学教师队伍不稳定现象入手,并提出对策加以解决。当前不稳定的原因有:农村教师福利待遇差;生活环境差;工作压力大;补充机制不完善。解决的对策:提高农村教师待遇;完善教师补充策略;构建科学的管理机制;重视校园文化建设,全面加强教师的师德师风建设。

Abstract: Xunzi: "the country will flourish, and the teachers will be valued." Education and education are deeply linked with teachers. The instability of rural primary school teachers is a prominent problem in the current education. This phenomenon is extremely serious in the central and western regions of China. The instability of the teachers will seriously impede the development of rural education. This serious problem has reached the extent that it is not possible to solve the problem. It needs to be investigated and studied, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. To stabilize the teachers" team is of great significance to the improvement of rural education. This article begins with the instability of the rural primary school teachers under the Baojing County of the Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Xiangxi, Hunan Province, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve it. The reasons for instability are: poor welfare of rural teachers, poor living environment, high working pressure and imperfect supplementary mechanism. The countermeasures are to improve the treatment of rural teachers, improve teachers" supplementary strategies, build scientific management mechanism, attach importance to the construction of campus culture, and strengthen the construction of teachers" teachers" ethics and teachers" style.
