浅谈校园课间音乐文化

摘 要
随着教育的日益发展,学生的学习压力也开始逐渐增大,课间十分钟成为学生所必须的休息时段,那么如何充分利用课间休息的十分钟来调节学生的情绪、缓解学生的疲劳,就成为了一个值得关注的问题。文章认为音乐能减轻内心的压力,缓解心中的烦恼,抚慰浮躁的心情,增强竞争的自信,增添奋斗的力量,是一种很好的调节和缓解压力的方式。认为课间音乐对调节学生情绪、缓解学生心理压力有着巨大的作用。并针对不同年龄段学生的心理成长趋势对应该选择那些恰当的课间音乐进行了初步的研究。关键词:校园文化,课间音乐,学生情绪
Abstract:As the education of growing, the pressure on our students has gradually increased, inter-class 10 minutes to become the students must rest breaks, and then how to make the best use breaks of 10 minutes to the students in terms of their emotional, mitigation of fatigue, it has become a matter of concern. Article believes that music can relieve internal pressure and relieve their pain, and soothe impulsive mood, enhance the competitive self-confidence, and add strength to fight, it is a very good adjustment and stress. That inter-class music to the students, and ease students" psychological pressure play a tremendous role. And for different segments of the age of the students" mental growth trends should be to select the appropriate class music in the preliminary study.

1 前言
在这个科技瞬息发展,教育日益发达的社会为了适应不断变更的社会发展需要,现代的各阶段学生被不断的要求提高学习全面知识的能力,伴随着学习面的广泛,随之而来的就是逐渐增大的学习压力。学生如果长期处于这种压力下得不到正确的缓解,便会出现厌学、自卑、追星、迷恋虚拟游戏,考试焦虑等问题。这样一来,不但达不到原有的全面发展的要求还有可能起到相反的作用。那么我们应该如何为学生排解压力呢?众所周知课间十分钟是学生必须的休息方式,而恰当的音乐可以使人愉悦、心情放松。在课间休息时段用音乐来放松学生的心情无疑是最好的选择,长期以来,提到校园课间音乐我们想到的基本上局限于上课铃和下课铃,其实不然。上课铃和下课铃大多都会使用简洁单调、一成不变的旋律,这样的音乐肯定达不到放松学生生理疲劳和心理疲劳的效果[[1]]。一场对于课间音乐的改革已经迫在眉睫。本文将对如何正确的选择课间音乐进行初步的研究。

音乐是无处不在的,无论你在哪一个国家,音乐都是那里不可或缺的一部分。或许你不了解他们的文化,甚至听不懂他们的语言,但你不可能听不懂他们的音乐。因为音乐为我们传达的情感是一样的。
黑格尔,德国古典哲学的灵魂人物就曾说过:“在整个感情的世界里,音乐的表现可以扩充到一切独具个性的特殊情感中,灵魂深处所有深浅不同的喜悦、谐趣、任性、轻浮、欢乐和兴高采烈;所有不同深浅的烦恼、哀伤、焦躁、痛苦和怅然等,甚至敬畏、崇拜和所谓爱的种种情绪都隶属于音乐可以体现的特殊范畴。”
