摘 要

本设计首先对施工组织方案文件的组成、编制的依据作个简单的介绍，接着编制出符合现场施工技术和施工经验的各项技术方案，其中施工组织设计包括施工工期、施工现场平面布置图和人材机调配情况等。

该设计文件的编制是以一栋高层商住楼的施工合同以及施工设计图纸，国家和地方现行的一系列施工和技术规范、标准等为依据，该施工组织针对本工程的地方性及环境特点、工期要求，提出合理可行的保证措施加以重点阐述。坚持科学的基本建设程序和施工顺序，运用网络技术分段、分层流水作业，合理安排施工顺序和施工计划，确保施工进度。

由于工期紧工程量较大，全面调度公司的人、财、物，积极推广应用新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备，严格按照ISO9002质量体系运行。贯彻施工技术规范、操作规程，实施全面质量管理。精心组织，科学管理，确保实现各项承诺目标。

Abstract: This design first file the composition, preparation of construction organization scheme according to make a simple introduction, and then developed in line with the site construction technology and construction experience of the technical scheme, construction organization design including construction period, construction site layout and talent machine deployment situation, etc.

The design document preparation is near a tall building construction contract and the construction design drawings, national and local current a series of construction and technical specifications and standards as the basis, the construction organization according to local and environmental characteristics of the project, construction period and puts forward feasible guarantee measures emphasis on them. Adhere to the scientific basic construction procedure and construction sequence, using the network technology section, stratified flow operation, reasonable arrangement of construction sequence and construction plan, ensure the construction schedule.

Due to the tight quantity is larger, comprehensive dispatching company of people, goods, and actively promote the application of new technologies, new processes, new materials, new equipment, in strict accordance with the ISO9002 quality system running. Carry out construction technical specification, operating procedures, implementation of total quality management. 1 设计选题说明

1.1 选题依据

大学四年的学习生涯中，我们学到了各式各样的课程，其中施工组织设计这门课程给我留下了很深的印象。因此有了这个题目的诞生。通过对这门课程的学习，让我认识到施工组织设计是施工全过程中各项活动的指导性文件，是工程能如期开工，施工，完工的必不可少文件之一。

1.2 设计项目概况

本工程为位于无锡新区春华路与新光路交叉口，春华路西，新华路南。本工程是集商业、办公、居住及其配套设施功能齐全的综合型休闲小区。北面是一个大型商业广场，东侧和西侧都是小区，南侧是恒盛国际花园的二期，并且工程已竣工交付使用。各单位等级情况，如表3-1所示。

本工程主要由1栋高层商住楼、周边地库和附属配套组成。本项目的住宅楼为地下2层，地上32层的高层建筑。地上建筑面积26928.66 m2，建筑物的最高高度达到108.8m，标准层层高2.9m；钢筋混凝土框剪结构。
