This paper focuses on the analysis of legalcultural confidence from the perspective of the English translation of legaltexts. In the structural changes of world economy, politics and culture, an eraof confidence is coming forward in China, including road confidence, theoreticalconfidence and institutional confidence. Under this background a distinctivesocialist legal thinking and path with Chinese characteristics has graduallyformed, and begins to play an important role in the world legal civilizationsystem. The increase in the strength of all aspects has made the output ofChinese legal culture to be possible. Translators of legal texts shouldshoulder the responsibility of spreading the Chinese traditional fine legalculture, thus fostering the legal cultural confidence in the process oftranslating. This paper studies the rules or strategies of English translationof legal texts, which can further strengthen the establishment of Chinese legalcultural confidence .
