内蒙古运煤专线长虫沟大桥设计毕业论文

摘 要

按现行的桥梁设计规范,参考“安全、经济、适用、美观、环保”的桥梁比选原则,结合桥址地形、地貌等条件,提出了跨径组合为引桥124.5 200 124.5m变截面预应力混凝土连续刚构、跨径组合为110.5m 228m 110.5m布置双塔斜拉桥、跨径组合为35.5m 30m m 298m 30m 35.5m的上承式钢管混凝土拱桥三个设计方案,对预应力混凝土连续钢构、双塔斜拉桥、上承式拱桥进行比选,综合考虑三个方案的优缺点,推荐采用具有桥型尺寸小、施工简单、用料较少,结构刚度好等各项优点的预应力混凝土连续钢构作为设计方案。本设计为(124.5 200 124.5)m公路预应力混凝土连续钢构桥设计,设计主要采用MIDAS Civil分析软件进行结构建模、施工分析和内力、应力分析,以AutoCAD作为桥梁辅助设计。主梁采用单箱单室,桥墩为双薄壁空心墩,采用重力式桥台,悬臂挂篮浇筑施工,根据桥型设计对预应力钢束进行预估并配置钢筋,最后,对桥梁上部结构选取部分控制截面进行内力、强度、应力和抗裂验算。

ABSTRACT

According to the current bridge design specifications, refer to the principles of “safety, economy, application, aesthetics, and environmental protection”and combine with the conditions of the bridge site topography and landforms, then the continuous rigid-frame bridge with a span combination of 124.5 200 124.5m ,the double-tower cable-stayed bridge with a span combination of 110.5m 228m 110.5m and the deck steel pipe concrete arch bridge with a span combination of 35.5m 30m m 298m 30m 35.5m are proposed.Taking all factors into account, and comprehensively consider the advantages and disadvantages of the three schemes,the continuous rigid-frame bridge is recommended for its small bridge size, simple construction, less material, and good structural rigidity and some other advantages. This design (124.5 200 124.5m) is a highway prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge, the design mainly uses MIDAS Civil analysis software for structural modeling, construction analyzing, internal force and stress analyzing, and use AutoCAD as the bridge-aided design. The main girder adopts single-chamber with single room, while the piers are double-walled hollow piers , gravity-type abutments are used, and adopts cantilever hanging basket construction. According to bridge type designing,Pre-stressed strand are estimated and configured. Finally, selecting the control section of the bridge superstructure, check internal forces, strength, stress and crack resistance .
