摘 要

随着互联网的逐步普及，微信日活跃量已经达到了10.1亿人次，微信公众号也逐渐被人们所熟知。大多数人已经习惯使用微信公众号来为自己服务，很多企业也逐渐开发了自己的微信公众号，以实现更好的和用户的互动。这也为医院微信公众号的发展打下了良好的基础。

医院微信公众号是根据目前医院和患者的真实需求进行开发，包括医院的介绍，医生的排班情况，患者的挂号看诊和预约记录等功能模块，为患者和医院量身打造，释放了一定的医疗资源，推动了医院信息化的发展。

该微信公众号为患者提供了查询医院信息功能，查询个人信息功能和就诊流程的一部分功能。患者可以通过查看医院的信息，对指定门诊医生专家的信息和排班情况进行了解，，也可以完成预约挂号，取消预约和增加就诊人等功能，同时可以看到患者的个人信息，预约记录等。通过微信公众号，使得患者能够更加简洁方便的看诊，大大提高了医院的治疗效率。

第一章 绪论

1.1研究背景和重要意义

中国逐渐在步入人口老龄化的时代，人口的增加，给环境造成了一定的压力，使得环境污染越发严重，加上食品安全问题等外部条件对人们的身体造成了一定的影响，又因为当代的人们缺乏锻炼，不注意营养的均衡，容易暴饮暴食等方面的原因，人们的身体条件日益下降。免疫力低下，各种老年病症提前，三高等一些常见病还有各种难以解决的病症频发，导致现在的医疗条件越来越紧张。

传统的看病流程，在挂号和缴费两个方面，一直都占据了患者大量的时间，然而医院病房有限，医生数量有限，所能治疗的人数和疾病强度依然有限。患者不了解医院的情况下，紧急就医时会遇见无法直接挂号，要长时间的排队；挂号时不了解各科室的职责，不了解科室内的医生的信息，导致挂号速度慢且不准确；其他地方赶来的患者无法当天挂上号等情况。患者只能在到达医院后才能知道该医院是否有医生还能接诊，大大延误了患者看病时间和选择其他医院的机会。这些都是导致现在所说“看病难”，“挂号难”的很大原因。
