1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

thefull name of wrecker is road wrecker, it also known as tow truck, breakdowntruck, recovery vehicle or breakdown lorry, is a special purpose vehicleequipped with road rescue professional equipment. special purpose vehiclesrefer to vehicles equipped with special equipment, which have special functionsand undertake special transportation tasks or special operations. they are importantvehicles for transportation and engineering operations that are indispensablein the process of national economic construction. according to their differentfunctions and uses, china's special purpose vehicles are divided into sixcategories: van, tanker, special dump truck, cranelift truck, storagestaketruck and special construction vehicle. the wrecker belongs to the specialoperation vehicle in the category of special construction vehicle, and ismainly used to eliminate road barriers, clear up accident vehicles, arrangeurban environments and provide drivers with assistance and rescue services. itis widely used in highways, urban roads, airports and docks.

wreckergenerally consist of two parts: chassis and recovery system and usuallyequipped with various types of operational accessories. the chassis mainlyincludes automobile chassis, sub-frame, hydraulic leg and tool box, etc. the recoverysystem mainly includes telescopic boom, derricking cylinder, counterweight,winch system, bracket, retractable cylinder and other ancillary mechanisms.

thereare many kinds of wreckers, which can be classified according to theirstructural type, use characteristics and carrying capacity. wreckers can bedivided into towing or crane type, towing with crane type, flat type andordinary type according to their structural types. according to their usecharacteristics, they can be divided into carrying type, lifting and towingtype. according to their carrying capacity, they can be divided into light duty,medium duty and heavy duty.

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

thispaper mainly designs the structure of the loading system of a new type of side-mountedwrecker, aims to select its structural style and determine its configurationparameters to meet its functional requirements. the specific contents include:

  1. read the literature on road wreckers, deeplyunderstand their structure and classification, analyze the characteristics andscope of application of different types of wreckers, and summarize the researchstatus and development trends both here and abroad;

  2. select the structure of the loadingsystem of a new type of side-mounted wrecker to achieve the purposes of smalloccupied road area, less operation time, safe operation without the need toopen the door of accident vehicle and long-distance transportation, andaccording to the applicable objects andworking environment of side-mounted wrecker, determine the configurationparameters of its loading system;
