Design of a bilingual office called Huapeng in Haian
Abstract
This graduation project is designed for Huapeng Mansion office building, located in Haian City, with a total height of 18.3 meters and a total of 5 floors. The design life of the project is 50 years, the seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees, the basic acceleration value of the design is 0.10g, the design earthquake is divided into the first group, and the seismic grade of the frame is three levels. KJ-8 is selected for the design of concrete frame structure in the calculation book, which includes: structure selection and layout, determination of calculation sketch, calculation of frame force (dead load, live load, wind load and earthquake), combination of frame force, beam-column section design and staircase structure design. Cast-in-place floor slab and foundation design, and computer comparison. Firstly, the dead load, live load, frame deadweight and wind load of KJ-8 are calculated, and the lateral stiffness D value of frame column is calculated. Then, the natural vibration period is calculated by the horizontal displacement of frame. Then, the effect of each floor and the standard value of seismic shear force are calculated to check the elastic lateral displacement between storeys. The moment distribution method is mainly used in the calculation of frame forces. According to the general method of structural mechanics, the moment distribution coefficient of each node and unbalanced moment of each node are calculated, and then the second distribution is carried out. Excle table is used in this part, the combination of frame forces and the design of beam-column section. The slab staircase used in the staircase is composed of a staircase board, a rest platform, a platform beam and a structural column. Typical slabs are only selected for calculation, and the slabs are not calculated for reinforcement according to the calculated approximate floor area. Independent foundation under column is adopted for foundation. At last, we use PKPM to compute, compare slightly, and improve the calculation book.
