: 本实验利用通过静电纺丝自制的聚丙烯腈纳米纤维膜对枯草杆菌蛋白酶进行固定。
内容涉及多巴胺涂附、戊二醛交联、酶固定环节,并利用紫外分光光度计进行酶活测试。
优化固定化枯草杆菌蛋白酶的工艺条件,确定酶解最适宜的ph及温度,并分析自由酶及固定酶水解的动力学机理及其稳定性。
