1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
毕业论文包括文献综述,合成实验及表征,探针检测,总结,及参考文献等几个部分。
在文献综述中,需要综述近年针对半乳糖苷酶,基于比色及荧光底物的新探针,并阐述其探针基本机理,如ict,fret等。
在实验部分,需要完成探针化合物的合成,纯化及表征图谱解析等,需要学生学习过滤,萃取,干燥,柱层析等单元操作。
