摘 要

世界经济一体化，全球创新发展速度不断加快，企业想要在这竞争激烈的大环境下谋求生存之道，解决良方便是通过合作与创新来提升创新的速度和质量。选择合适的合作伙伴是合作创新的前提，在选择前需要充分考量企业的能力匹配要素。企业的合作创新绩效也是重要的考量因素，它融合了双方的合作愿景影响着创新的方向，也评估双方的合作创新成果。对能力匹配提升合作创新绩效的机制研究有利于双方合作达到互利共赢的效果。好的合作，对企业来说是可以提高技术能力、经济效益，对社会来说可以节约社会资源，创造更多的社会财富。

本文将从五个方面对合作伙伴的选择机制进行研究。第一部分是对研究的背景、文献综述、意义、内容和方法进行探讨。第二部分是对能力匹配提升合作创新绩效的机制研究进行阐述。第三部分是对能力匹配提升合作创新绩效的机制研究的关键要素进行分析并进行机制的构建。第四部分是通过案例得出能力匹配提升合作创新绩效相关启示。第五部分结语则是针对能力匹配提升合作创新绩效的机制研究提出不足和展望。

Research on Mechanism of Capacity Matching to Improve Cooperative Innovation Performance

Abstract

With the world economy integration, the speed of global innovation is accelerating. If enterprises want to survive in this competitive environment, one solution is to improve the speed and quality of innovation through cooperation and innovation. Choosing the right partner is the premise of cooperative innovation, and the enterprise's ability matching elements should be fully considered before the selection. The cooperative innovation performance of enterprises is also an important factor to be considered. It integrates the cooperative vision of both sides to influence the direction of innovation and evaluate the cooperative innovation achievements of both sides. The research on the mechanism of capacity matching to improve the performance of cooperative innovation is conducive to the mutual benefit and win-win results of bilateral cooperation. Good cooperation can improve the technical ability and economic benefits of enterprises, and save social resources and create more social wealth for the society.

This paper will study the partner selection mechanism from five aspects. The first part includes the background, literature review, significance, content and methods of the research. The second part elaborates on the mechanism of capacity matching to improve cooperative innovation performance. The third part analyzes the key elements of the mechanism research of capacity matching to improve cooperative innovation performance and constructs the mechanism. The fourth part is to get the relevant enlightenment of improving cooperative innovation performance through case study. The fifth part puts forward the deficiencies and prospects of the mechanism research on capacity matching to improve cooperative innovation performance.

合作创新是当今世界经济发展的主旋律，未来经济发展必须依靠创新驱动。

很多企业为了加快创新步伐，都会选择合作的方式来提升创新绩效，从而提高合创新的速度和质量。一方面可以给合作双方带来理论交流的机会。知识和信息的传递，使得合作者能够整合研发资源共同提升能力。二是合作各方可以根据合约将自身据有的部分技术诀窍在合作组织内公开，通过技术共享提升公司的合作创新绩效。对于企业自身，企业可以在合作创新的过程中发现问题，并在合作交流中弥补企业在自身能力上的缺陷与不足，不断自我提升。

合作伙伴的选择是共同迈向成功的重要一步。在选择合作伙伴的过程中，能力匹配的要素是企业进行合作伙伴筛选的重要参考依据。企业的创新绩效考评是一个企业检测衡量内部创新能力和成果的重要指标，一定程度上引导企业的发展方向。

构建出企业能力匹配提升合作创新绩效的机制对企业在合作创新的大趋势下取得成功具有指导借鉴意义。

本文在参考大量文献的基础上，构建以前景理论和双边匹配的决策模型为底层逻辑，让能力匹配要素指标体系指导合作创新绩效的提升。很多学者研究了不同情景下的能力匹配的要素及创新绩效的指标体系，但在如何让能力匹配促进合作创新绩效的提升上有所空缺，本文意在提出一种通过企业间能力匹配提升合作创新绩效的可行的机制。

随着经济发展创新速度的加快，企业需要一个合理的，能够对合作伙伴能力匹配和筛选的机制，实现合作创新成果数量和质量的提升。本文的研究成果，可以为企业提出解决对策。

1.3研究内容

基于企业间合作创新视角，以提升企业合作创新绩效为落脚点，以企业创新能力的双边匹配为匹配原则，筛选企业能力匹配要素以及合作创新绩效的指标，构建能力匹配以及企业合作创新绩效提升的机制，为企业的合作创新发展之路新提供新的理论依据。文章在内容上，分五个章节展开论述。
