摘 要

本文研究基于就业岗位需求的信管课程设置，调研、分析目前课程设置的问题，为信管课程设置改革和信管学生就业提供建议和指导。然而，以往的研究重点往往集中在其发展现状、时代背景分析、存在问题、课程设置改革分析研究与人才培养模式、课程内容分析、优化教学资源、课程体系构建思路、信管专业学生就业情况和就业需求分析等方面，较少文献研究基于课程培养目标和企业岗位需求方面分析信管课程设置。本文将从目前信管课程设置存在的问题的视角，以南京工业大学为例展开分析，研究基于就业岗位的需求信管课程设置。

第一，通过查阅大量信管专业课程设置改革和就业岗位需求相关文献资料，了解信管专业课程设置背景和研究现状，明确论题研究意义、写作构思和方法。第二，收集招聘网站信息，了解信管学生主要就业方向和分布情况，针对不同岗位分析用人单位对信管学生的能力要求，总结南京工业大学信管学生对课程设置认知以及课程设置的现状。第三，以南京工业大学信息管理与信息系统课程设置为例，从专业能力应用和综合人才等方面构建以就业为导向的培训方案。最后，总结了信息管理与信息系统专业课程存在的问题以及信息管理与信息系统专业人才在企业招聘岗位中的人才需求，并对就业需求课程提出了改革性的建议。

在理论贡献方面，本文以南京工业大学为例，收集、分析招聘网站信管专业就业数据，探讨面向不同就业岗位需求，信管专业课程设置分析研究的改革措施，这对以往文献研究有一定的补充作用。在实践贡献方面，本文通过能力要求建立面向就业岗位科学的课程设置，提高专业就业的匹配度，让信管学生更清楚未来的职业生涯规划，使之更加符合企业岗位要求。

Analysis and Research on the Curriculum Design of Information Management Based on Job Demand——Taking Nanjing Tech University as an Example

ABSTRACT

This paper studies the job-based information management and information system curriculum setting, investigates and analyzes the current curriculum settings, and provides suggestions and guidance for information management and information system curriculum reform and information management and information system student employment. However, the focus of previous research is usually on its development status, analysis of the background of the times, existing problems, analysis and research on curriculum reform and talent training mode, analysis of curriculum content, optimization of teaching resources, construction of curriculum system, information management and information system student employment and employment needs analysis. Less literature research analyzes and studies the information management and information system professional curriculum based on curriculum training objectives and enterprise job requirements. This paper will take Nanjing University of Technology as an example from the perspective of the current problems in information management and information system professional curriculum. Analysis and research on job-based demand information management and information system curriculum.

First, this paper consults a large number of information management and information system professional curriculum reform and job requirements related literature, understand the background and research status of information management and information system professional curriculum, clear the research significance, writing ideas and methods. Second, this article collects information on recruitment websites, understands and analyzes the main employment directions and distribution of information management and information system students, analyzes the employer's ability requirements for information management and information system students for different positions, and understands the Nanjing University of Technology's Information management and information system students recognize the curriculum and summarize the current status of the curriculum. Thirdly, taking the course of information management and information system of Nanjing University of Technology as an example, we will study and construct a job-oriented training program from the aspects of professional ability application and comprehensive talents. Finally, summarize the problems existing in the information management and information system professional curriculum and the talent demand of the information management and information system professionals in the recruitment positions of enterprises, and provide suggestions for the curriculum reform for employment needs.

In terms of theoretical contribution, this paper takes Nanjing University of Technology as an example to collect and analyze the employment information of job information management and information system in recruitment websites, and to explore the reform measures for different job requirements, information management and information system professional curriculum setting analysis. Previous literature studies have had a complementary role. In terms of practical contribution, this paper establishes a curriculum oriented to job-based science through competency requirements, improves the matching of professional employment, and makes information management and information system students more aware of future career planning, making it more in line with corporate job requirements.

在信息技术高速发展的时代，各个行业都趋向信息化发展，信息行业岗位对就业人才需求量也急剧增加，对人才的要求也不断的提高。但我国多个地区均出现“选才难”的局面，当代大学生更是高呼“就业难”。由于社会时代发展需要，信息化管理、技术型人才存在很大的缺口。信息化发展时代，对具有管理能力，又拥有计算机知识能力的信管人才需求巨大，信管专业是信息时代的产物，但据相关就业单位数据统计、信管学生满意度反馈以及就业单位对信管专业学生的评价，信管专业毕业生普遍存在一次就业率不高，专业技能不满足企业要求等问题，这很大程度上影响了就业单位以及学生对信管专业的评价。

信息管理与信息系统是集信息技术与管理科学于一体交叉型学科。目前，国内大部分高校均设有信息管理与信息系统专业（简称“信管”）。1998年教育部将原有的5个专业合并为现有的信管专业^[1-2]。2004年定制了信管专业的培养方案，2005年、2011年先后定制了课程体系。各个高校根据各校情况，定义“信管”专业的培养目标及专业的培养计划，各校的定位和侧重点有所区别。南京工业大学信管专业于2001年正式开始招生，至今已培养了几百名本科毕业生。该专业的培养目标主要是培养具备管理基础知识、计算机技术知识两方面知识的信管专业综合人才。本专业培养目标的实现与专业课程体系设置及其教学方式方法具有重要的关系。南京工业大学信管专业注重学生基本理论、基本知识的学习，并加强学生基本技能的训练，目的是培养具备较高专业素养和较强的动手能力的毕业生。
