脂肪酶的固定化是提高酶的催化稳定性的重要方法,开发新型的交联剂用于酶的固定化具有重要的实际应用价值。
论文对葡聚糖进行醛基修饰,用于脂肪酶的固定化,通过对修饰工艺的优化研究,考察醛基葡聚糖用于交联脂肪酶的效果,为固定化脂肪酶的应用提供实验支撑。
