1.文献查阅 掌握文献查阅的一般方法,学会使用计算机在中国期刊网,维普数据库,超星数字图书馆,elsevier、ncbi电子期刊,springer link全文电子期刊,pubmed等检索资源上查阅关于多糖的分离纯化及结构表征的相关文献,具备文献检索的能力。

2.文献阅读及综述 阅读与课题相关的外文及中文文献,了解国内外的研究动态,并撰写综述,提高查找阅读的能力。

3.实验研究 在充分了解当前课题进展的前提下,根据现有条件初步拟定试验方案,确定切实可行的实验计划,并根据实验情况适时调整试验方案。
